This may sound impossible, but the options to package lots in LS and PS is missing whenever I select a lot to load.

I know it's possible to package them (as others have done so) but I have no clue as to why I can't.

There is an empty space where the package icon should be, but no icon. Clicking the blank space does nothing, I tried.

I have finished the Story Modes & am in Free Play Mode.

I am launching the games (legally purchased from the local Best Buy) from no-cd exe files & not the built-in launcher. (Don't want that crap on my computer if I can help it!)

Any thoughts?

It's kinda looking like this may be due to the fact that my copies of the Stories series games were just recently (under 2 weeks ago) purchased, so they are different "versions" than the ones most the rest of you all have. It appears as though EA may have tweaked stuff in later releases, but that's just a guess (from the info I gathered on another site) right now...

I came across an override for that annoyingly large in-game plumbbob at decided to give it a try. At the time, my game was everything-up-to-Pets & the override didn't work at all for me.

I have now gone back to my (very heavily modded) everything-up-to-Seasons/Celebrations state & suddenly the override is working  for all my Sims except the ones in Riverblossom Hills & the Cyd/Porthos that live in Pleasantview. (I have a Cyd/Porthos in all my hoods, and the override works just spiffy for him everywhere except Pleasantview &, of course Riverblossom Hills.)

Anyone out there have any idea what I can do th fix this? (The "Plumbbobtoggle" cheat won't work at all for me.)

I haven't installed BV yet (though I do have it) as I want to get my hoods "ready" for it, but was wondering if those of you who have already installed it could give me a heads up as to which (if any) of the pre-made hood maps (Sedona, Crystal Springs, etc) available offer the best/most options to build beach house lots on?

If none of the pre-mades are decent, how about pointing me toward some good user made ones? (I don't have SimCity 4 so making my own isn't an option.)

Why can't I end Sarah Crittur's initial pregnancy with the 2.6 InSIM Repoductive Adjuster? The only option available is Give Birth. Any subsequent pregnancies can be ended, just not the 1st one. (Yes, I have made pet actions both selectable & cancell-able with my trusty User Startup Cheat file. )

I want to end her "default" litter since it seems to have reveted back to it's pre-Pets-patch defective staus (pups are just Sarah clones with no dad) since installing Seasons- at least in my game. If I can't do this with InSIM, is there another option for ending or (even better) fixing this 1st pregnancy? Maybe with SimPE or....? (Actually I tried looking at Sarah with SimPE but saw no options for setting/ending a pets pregnancy, at least not with the latest version. )

(The MATY hack is only for unpatched Pets games, not games with a patched Pets & Seasons. )

I had this problem only once before I upgraded to Seasons, but now it seems to be a more serious glitch.

I have tried to use the (Seasons compatible) InSIMinator/Aspiration Adjustor to Refresh Wants (which the InSIM discription says will fix errors like this) but no dice. Also, this time around it appears to be a recurring thing (the Sim will finally be okay, then slip back into blank-slotville) whereas before it was just a 1 time (and 1 Sim) thing.

So, is there any thing out there that will actually Refresh (and unlock) a want slot??? (The "usual" fixes like fullfilling a want & such will work, but only for a bit on the infected Sim. )

Just incase you want/need to know, the Sims giving me the problem are Cassandra & Mortimer Goth (though he seems to be stabelized after moving out) & I think the problem may actually be tied partly into the Goth lot as it's been the only one that loads on "pause" instead of "normal speed" like all the rest.
