How do you breast feed the sims2 baby without the blur

I dont get it, Iam so slow, is this a hack for using everyday clothes as pregnant clothes? or do you have to download pregnant clothes for it to work?

Um, I wonder where I could make a request...? Would love to have my lazy ole Sims lose weight when they ice skate, roller skate, rake leaves, walk the dog, etc. all of which really are good ways to shed #'s.
