In Apartment Life, my witch does this silly wand-waving animation when she's idle.  I'd like her to stop.  (Free will is disabled.)

While the sim is beautiful, I can't get the .sims2pack to unpack with either the native sims utility or clean installer.  Is anyone else having the same difficulty?
