This is a sim requested by Alimah Kali from this thread http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=91114. He is a Japanese pro wrestler. I thought I try him out and see what I can do. I don’t have the right hairs or bodybuilding build clothing, so he is packaged with the maxis content for these things.

Oh and I didn’t get a chance to go back into the game to take better pictures. These are the pictures I took when testing to see how the sim looked ingame. Anyways, have fun with the sim.

As for the stubble and beard, I couldn’t figure out where I got them, but I’m including them in the download with the clean installer screen shot as a credit.

This home is quite compact and the size would be ideal for a starting/retired couple. It comes furnished as seen in the pictures with the cheaper maxis content in order to keep the price down.

For the layout, the rooms are slightly bigger and can accommodate a small family of 3 or you can squeeze 4. I added an indoor tree for the foyer entrance, this can be seen from the sims' point of view from the stairs.

A little change from uploading the mini collection. I decided to upload this building in which I was meaning to upload for a long time but have forgotten I had it and was sidetracked with other uploads. My computer was slowing a bit when I was just working with this building so be weary that it may lag. The condo is built on 4 floors, three of which contain the units. The units I will describe along with the pictures. The entrance area is on the main floor, which also contains garage parking for 3 cars and a room that can become a storage or laundry facility. I have an unfurnished version available and only a half furnished version (as seen in the pictures) because it was taking so much time to furnish.
