I tried dowloading him and I have Clean Installer but it said I couldn't dowload him because I didn't have the right EP or something

Well the skintone is listed above and I was sure you didn't need a mesh??  I think I got the skintone here and it was also on the sim Antonio.  Check that thread and see if there is a mesh for the skintone and if his body in the shower still doesn't work let me know.

Hopefully more people comment on this to give you more skillfull ideas but I hope you do get it fixed!

I'm not very good at these things but the sim doesn't swim in it right?  So it might just be some sort of glitch.  I think mine has that but I just don't get in the basements.  I'm sorry I'm no help!

Did you install Clean Installer??  Because that helps with the bugs if you download things or it might just be a glitch.  That's weird, haven't had that happen before.
