This only recently started happening after ATI released its new drivers for the X1950.  Not sure if it's a coincidence or what.  So that means I have an ATI Radeon X1950 before any of you ask

Anyhow, at different zooms and angles I'll get glitchy dots on my sim's eyelashes.  Is this related to my graphics card, is it the new drivers?  Or is it just my sims game?
