2  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Glitched Maxis Outfit? on: August 09, 2008, 08:36:25 pm
I have a slight dilemma with what I think is a Maxis outfit for elders making my game crash :smt120
I was in Veronaville, the site of my story, and I tried to get Patrizio Monty to come to Titania and Oberon's wedding a few months ago, and my game froze and a pop up window showed up saying "The Application has crashed.  The Application will now terminate"
I thought it was Patrizio at first, but then after trying to buy the outfit he was last wearing, the same thing happened and my game crashed.  Now I'm at a point that I really need him, and my game is crashing everytime even a picture of the outfit shows up (I've tried importing with SimPE this morning, the sim was about to load when it crashed, and just now I went to get them out of the Monty Ranch, when in the families bin it just crashed because there was a picture of him wearing this outfit.)
I have no idea what might have caused this or what I can do to stop it, get the outfit off him somehow..

Any help will be much appreciated!
3  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / Modthesims2 owned by silver monkeys? on: April 08, 2008, 10:15:47 am
Hah!  I was wondering why there were monkeys everywhere....

On Simmers Dream (FANSITE) they played a April Fools Joke that the site was closing down and the two main admins Brighty and Cheesy were fighting and they were shutting down the site.  My pal Oboe went into depression and said she only wore black, but then it turned out to be a joke set up my Vampy.  haha we were so mad
4  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / In theory..... (Bella Goth-related) on: December 13, 2007, 12:36:56 pm
Exactly right, the Strangetown Bella is fake.  The real Bella is trapped in Pleasantview.
Still though, you need to make her have a high enough realtionship with Morty or another sim in the Goth household, then get the ressurector and call the Grim.  She comes back perfect, it's only because she wasn't really made in The Sims 2 to be ressurected, so some of her memories are a bit glitched.  I got her back using the SimPE way, but I have tried getting her back the SimPE-free way.

Great! I like being organized and my downloaded folder makes me very annoyed! Smiley

I've only started putting things in sub-folders.  I really don't like a messy downloads folder.  Also, a lot of the package folders aren't named, so I really get mad it my folder then.
6  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Problems with wardrobes on: July 06, 2007, 09:44:29 am
Probably, because I just installed pets and then downloaded a few mods.  I'll check to see If any of them weren't the pets version.

Ok, so when I go into my game and want my sim to plan a new outfit, and move the cursor over the wardrobe a thing comes up saying "Object Error".  It has been going on for a while and I can't seem to get my sims to do change.  I -unfortunately- have been resulting in using boolprop to "Plan Outfit".  Any help would be much appreciated!
