I reached the word limit for title (that is a feat) so I could not add the tie on the description.

This is near adult, no naughty bits are shown but the underwear are transparent and the panties are a thong.

Recolors are allowed but remenber the mesh creator have stated recolors can ONLY be put on free sites, also it CAN be uploaded in the exchange.

No, they full outfits.

Most new meshes are full outfits, if you want to put diferent tops I am afraid you have to use bodyshop to create a new outfit (its not hard since the pants alpha and textures are separated from the body alpha and texture with only the shoes being on the body texture and alpha files).

Well I am a bit sick at the time and so I am a little off using PSP (Paint SHop Pro) and Bodyshop.

I might do then but dont hold my word over it ... it going to depend on my health but I noticed a slight issue with dark skin tones with the "no pantyhose" version that I would like to correct and I could add a plaid skirt ... but the overall design of the skirt forces me to devote more of a effort that the plain "rip off existing Maxis textures and shove then in" way I tend to use on some things.

a) No, this is a adult/Young Adult mesh and so only displayed correctly for adults ... trying to force it on Teens would end up with a mesh that does not confort for Teen Sim size and head location.

b) I am no coder ... if the clothing package was given the exact same ID number of the MAxis private school outfit then it would override the Maxis but since the mesh is not for Teens ...

As for making new styles ... well there is a featured item in MTS2 that is for teens that is diferent (loose socks, standart non-high heel brown shoes and wider shirt and wider and larger skirt ... I started converting the moment I seen that Peggy Sims mesh), also there is something close to this in TSR (I really sould upload then here and MTS2 ...) that I updated long ago and both are pretty much this texture except the shoes (well MTS2 teen outfit is very close to the ones in TSR ... that shoe texture was nightmare ... ALL shoe textures are a nightmare because of the UVMap layout), if you mean a radical change of the uniform its pretty much I have to start from nothing (except the shoe textures) with even a simple recolor require me some work and currently I am sick (not of making textures, just my health) so I am laying off Bodyshop for some time.

I use 7zip but I installed WinRAR so long ago that it is still the default extractor for .rar files.

WinRAR is free ... sure there is the "trial" message (that I never see since I use right click menu for extraction) but its simply a message, the program is free and just nags for you to register.
