Insimenator, rejuvenator and servo.

I don't know why but everytime I send my sims to go to the mailbox, they just won't go! They get there but then nothing happened.
I already got a warning saying that I don't pay my bills in over a year. It said that there was going to be measures. What is going to happen?

I have all the expansions installed.
