YOU SHOULD KNOW:

The original house is more of a "white" color- achieved using the Vanilla stucco.  I didn't like this much white so I used Putty colored stucco instead... you can change it to whatever color you like in your world.

There was a one-car garage on the original house plan (in the back of the house) but since it also has a two-car garage in the front...

I turned the secondary garage into a teen apartment, pool-house/spa-room instead.

I used the driveway-hack to make the garage side-entrance.  (see tutorial info below)  If you move/remove the driveway you won't be able to replace it without following the directions in the tutorial!  Best to leave it alone unless you know what you're doing.

I used the MoveObjects On cheat and the SeeThem2 Hack to place objects off grid, diagonally, etc. (linked below)  You will need to use MoveObjects cheat.  The diagonally placed objects (like chairs) are not always useable... sometimes the sim reacts as if they cannot get to the object... you can simply place the object in a normal position to fix this.

I have ALL EP's and ALL SP's except the new Ikea one.

(If in doubt USE CLEAN INSTALLER when you install it in your game!)

I play tested it for several sim days- and took a whopping 53 in-game pictures!  All pictures show each room, the furnishing and cc used in each room, the links and credits for the custom stuff, and overhead views of the layout of the house, etc.  I decided the best way to share these was to create a slide-show.  You can visit the "open house" and take a tour of the entire lot by clicking on the link above.

This house is HUGE- it is situated on the LARGEST lot available to build on.  It takes up the majority of that lot.  Because RedRoseTea wanted a furnished house I built it fully furnished... and there is a TON of custom content...

Resulting in a file that is over 20MB in rar format!!!  8-0

Naturally- this exceeds the file-size limit here.  I have used an upload service to house the file for the “Fully_Loaded” version of the house.  The link is at the bottom of this post.

The download file will include everything  you see in the slide-show pictures.  I’ve checked with all the original creators regarding their policy on uploading with lots/houses.  ALL links and credits are listed below with ONE tiny exception…

I have no idea who made the “high-intensity halogen wall lights” that I used throughout the house.  I don’t know where they came from… they were in some “set” or house that I downloaded myself.  If anyone knows- tell me- and I will gladly add the link/credit.

I removed all the recolor files and anything else that wasn't necessary... but you can use my list of links to go get any objects/recolors/etc that I removed from the main files.

If you don’t like my interior decorating, aren’t into massive amounts of cc, or would just rather do-it-yourself… I’ve also included a “Bare_Basics” file which is JUST the house with minimal CC used for the building of the house- but NO extra CC and NOT Furnished.  The link is at the bottom of this post.

The download file will include things like paint, floors, windows, doors, etc. but does not include any furnishings, plumbing, or custom objects.

The trees/plants are included with the lot but you will need to go get the waterfall that goes with it from the links below (bermude set).

To make your waterfall "not float" in air you can use the MoveObjects On cheat and stack two concrete pillars on top of each other then place two more the same way- next to the first and put the waterfall on top.  (see pics)

If you download the “house only” file and can’t figure out the floorplan there is a handy layout/map in the slideshow- you can save the picture and use it for reference.  Also- I have included links/credits in the pictures of each room to help you find the objects I used more easily.

22 year old American actor/singer/songwriter/guitarist/comedian/television director (Jared) Drake Bell...



Probably most known for his Teen Nick series "Drake & Josh" he's also an accomplished musician as well as an actor- his third album is due to be released this year.  He's been acting since he was 10 years old.



I retouched the skintone to include the scar on his chin from his car accident in 2005.  A truck ran a red light causing a head on collision.  His car ('66 Ford Mustang) had a wood and metal steering wheel, no airbags, and only lap-seatbelts so his face smashed into the steering wheel.  His injuries included a broken neck, six teeth knocked out, broken jaw (in three places),  a cracked skull, and a deep cut across his chin which he said he could stick his tongue through!

I also added his birthmark on his cheek.  

The skintone I used came with another sim I downloaded- no idea which one and it doesn't list any information but looks like it might be a recolor of a louis@simcribbling but I'm not sure. "?"

NOTES~

This pretty teen sim grows up just as cute as can be except you'll need to give her nose a little tweak (button noses always do this- sigh).  Simply adjust it by tilting the nose tip down about three notches... and she'll be ready to go.

While I planned to include the glasses as seen above... while doing the recolor I really fouled up somewhere... now all my glasses are gone from my game and body shop.  I will have to straighten this out later and then return here to post a link where you can get them.  (I am new at this remember?)

She's packaged in a pretty pink bathrobe from the K&B ep.

The HAIR:

I did a bit of trimming and some serious recoloring to HAIR #3 from raonjena.com.  Everything you need for the hair to appear in your game should be in the file... but just in case I flubbed it up... you can find the original hair and mesh and all the "normal" colors on page 3.  Just click on hair #3 to get to the downloads.

My recolor/trimmed hair will appear as in the pictures for adult male sims... when they become elders the black part of the hair turns gray- the top remains white/silver.

The BEARD:

My own recolor and tweak of a maxis base game beard.  It shouldn't give you any trouble.  It turns solid gray when the sim turns into an elder.  

YOU MAY recolor the hair as long as you give credit/link to raonjena.com!  (see her policy if you need clarification)

If you use MY recolor/trim as seen here- you still need to mention the original hair and mesh at raonjena.com.... and well that I did the recolor/trim on it of course.  LOL

The beard- just mention that I did the recolor- that's simple enough, right?

THIS is the first hair I have EVER done- and well first beard too- so they are NOT perfect.  You can file complaints with the "give me a break" department.  

You're welcome to take them and make the texture, color, whatever, better yourself.  Just remember who to credit and where if you do post them for download.

DON'T UPLOAD EITHER to the exchange or pay/donation sites!!!

NOTE- the body builder body mesh is from Marvine/Beosboxboy and they do not allow their work to be uploaded on any paysites or the exchange- so please respect their wishes and just DON'T do it!

You might recognize her (well if I did a good enough job you might- lol) from the movie 300 (w/ Gerard Butler) where she played the Queen of Sparta... or for her more recent role in the Sarah Connor Chronicles (Terminator tv series).

She's so lovely but her jaw-line was hard to get just right- whew!



I didn't have a hairstyle that was just like hers so I played around with some different ones- she's packaged with maxis hair- but I've added info/link to get the hair in the pics if you see one you like on her.

She's packaged with the wavy pulled back Maxis hair that is similar to how her hair looked in the movie 300.  The clothing she's packaged with is a recolor of the base game tank.undie set that I recolored myself- and you may do with it whatever you wish as long as you don't upload to the exchange or paysites.  I created a birthmark/mole/beauty spot for her based on one by IcedMango (thank you).  I don't know why you can't see the birthmark-or mole- or whatever it is in her pictures (of the real Lena) but I remembered her having one.  If you don't want it- go to full face makeup and just remove it.

Here is the info. for the hair in the pictures if you see one you want to go get for her instead of the one she's pkgd. with- don't forget the mesh!

Because I only downloaded files I needed to create this self-sim I didn't have any clothes for poor Ed so he is nekkid.

Request by CrazyForDon for a sim of Julian Gil (actor/model?)  I couldn't verify if he was an actual "celebrity" so I put him in hunks instead... if this is wrong someone with more sense than me can move this thread, please, to the celebrity sims section.  

I agreed to do this sim because I like a challenge- and whoooaaa boy was he ever challenging.  He's very hot and hunky, but also has a very unique bone structure and his face is a bit asymetrical so that was impossible to reflect.  I didn't have a good profile pic so his nose is a guess-timate.  I didn't have the "right" hair and had to go with something close... and the skin lacks his freckles (since I only had face freckles not body ones)... and no tats since I am just NOT that good.  LOL

Also- he LOOKS soooooo different in his different pics that I had to make THREE of him to satisfy my "has to be right" sensibilities.  

SO--- here he is the FINAL version that was requested--- and the pics for the other versions- which I will be glad to upload if you want one- simply pm me a request with the one you want or just post your request for it here.

(YOU SHOULD KNOW:  he is a bit darker in game than he is in these pics because it turned cloudy while I was doing the picture taking and so I had to photo-enhance to get the resulting shots to look brighter and less gloomy!)

He's an Aries, playful, tidy, mechanicaly inclined.  Turn on's - lingerie/underwear, fitness, blond hair, good cook/clean (hmmm why the heck did he marry me I wonder?) and his Turn off would be stinky.  If you have free time he would be a tinkering-sim (he's a mechanic so give him a car to work on!)  His aspiration would be romance with secondary on fortune.  He likes hot babes and money- lmao!

He's a Libra- into video games, muscle cars, skateboards, rc cars, rock music, plays guitar... not too tidy or serious.  He's nice and playful, but not very outgoing/active.  His turn on's are makeup/jewelry, goth/vampires, and creative.  His turn off's are stinky, plantsims, and athletic.  For free-time he'd be a musical sim or maybe a tinkering sim- he likes to take apart rc cars and such.  His aspiration would be pleasure- anything fun and not like work! LOL  If he had a secondary aspiration it would likely be money.  He's always asking for it anyways!

I'm a Gemini- love to read, write, play video/pc games, bake, not too into sports/athletic stuff... oh and don't forget I'm domestically challenged (hire a maid and find someone else to cook dinner!)  Turn on's are dark hair, facial hair, and mechanical/logical sims.  Turn off's - stinky, unemployed.  I'd be a family sim with a secondary of knowledge.  Hobby would be literature/movies--- or music/dance.  I'm a stay at home mommy who homeschools but since that isn't a game option--- if I was working it would be in Criminal Justice/Forensics since that is what my degree that I never use was for- lol!

I had a hard time with noses- as always- our button-wide noses are challenging.  Zaggytiddies "BENoseyyo" helped make the shape of Austin's right but the color is a bit off so if you want to remove it you can (it's in costume makeup).

It was really hard to do the little guy- he's only five so too old for a "toddler" sim but not as old as the child-sims are... I kinda guessed a bit!  I wish Maxis would have given us an in-between age for kids- like preschool to elementary to middle to high school- that would make the game more realistic, don't you think?

Anyhoo- there we are!  I included all of us into one file since it takes forever and an eternity to upload anything when your dial-up connection is moving at a blazing 28kbps!!!

I hope you like the family and enjoy having us in your game... We'll make good neighbors.

It's PAUL WALKER!


So- sometimes he's blonde- sometimes he's brunette- either way this actor is hot hot hot!

I saw a few requests around the forums and well... not a sim in sight... and personally I wanted him so I went looking...

I found ONE at MTS2 that had a fabulous custom skintone to work from.  

After a lot of tweaking he isn't as HOT as in real life- but he's not bad if I do say so myself!  So here he is- I hope you like him!
