I'm working on a new house, and it's the first one that won't use this type of layout. I haven't furnished it yet or done any landscaping yet, but it's flooring and paint is down.

So far:

Anyone interested?

No problem! Cheesy

Did you like it?

Nice.

Oh well. Not getting to use this house isn't a big loss.

No problem.

Also, since I'm still new to this, tell me how the house is after looking/playing with it so I'll know what I've done that's good and what I've done that's bad. That way my next house will be way better.

Wow sorry about that. I updated the first post with the ones I have installed. I'm still new to the whole uploading houses, so I completely forgot.

ATTENTION: DOWNLOAD LINK AT BOTTOM OF POST

This is my second house submission, and it's my favorite so far. It's on a 3x4 lot, and costs about $175,000.

Features:
3 Bedrooms
3 Bathrooms
Living Area
Kitchen
Dining Room
Study
2 Large Hallways
Indoor Pool Area
Sauna
2 Abstractly-Shaped Patio Areas
Landscaping
Double Driveway
Stone Walkway
Fully Furnished

It features some CC (shown in last picture on post).

I'm not sure about what expansions are needed, but the ones I have installed are all EPs EXCEPT Nightlife and Freetime, and all SPs up to H&M (so no Kitchen/Bath, Teen Style, IKEA).

It seems like I didn't have the right file type up for download. I do now, though, so when you unrar it should just be a double-click and install. Sorry to anyone that may have downloaded already, just re-download.

How is the house?

Sure thing.

Well I took some, but they somehow got deleted when I turned off the game. I know I saved it...

I also forgot: It's fully furnished as-is.

My first ever house submission. I used limited CC, but there are some recolors, so it's probably wise to have CEP. Here are the features:

Family Room - 1
Kitchen - 1
Dining Area - 1
Study/Office - 1
Bedroom - 2
Bathroom - 3
Other: 2 Nice Hallways, Abstractly Shaped Patio, Fenced-In Yard, Pool, Sauna, Balcony, Landscaping

I'm not sure what expansions are needed, but I have all expansions EXCEPT Nightlife and Freetime, and I have all the Stuff Packs up to H&M (so no Teen Style, IKEA, or Kitchen/Bath). Tell me how you like it! :tongue8:

I'm fairly certain that the only CC I used in this house, other than Maxis-created downloaded stuff, would be the ManorHouse Bathroom found at http://modthesims2.com
