Hello,recently I had a very strange thing occur in my Sims 2 game,my teen female sim invited her boyfriend over so they could spend the afternoon together,her mother was in the kitchen,preparing lunch for them when all of a sudden the teen boyfriend started playing and swinging on the fridge door like a monkey!:smt120 I was shocked,the main reason why was that I had granted him(along with all of my other playable Sims)perma platinum status using the InSiminator,I had all EP's installed up to Seasons,plus the updated InSiminator,which I coulden't play the game without(LOL)I only had this happen once before in my history of gameplay,but it occured years ago when one of my Sim kids "grew up badly" and had red aspirations,but he was PLATINUM! I was just wondering what the heck happened,and has anyone else encountered this?:smile:

I decided to upload today some of my current fave teenage Sims,they are a set of quads born to Mortimer Goth and Natasha Putin in Pleasantview,the two girls are named Tatiana and Anastasia,and the two boys are named Boris and Vladamir,I am especially proud of the two boys,I think they turned out to be very handsome,I can't wait for them to be adults,they are going to be real heartbreakers:icon_smi:Yes,I know it is a cliche to name Russian kids Boris and Vladamir,but hey,I'm not familliar with Russian names:icon_smi:(LOL)Anyway,I think the girls have a little Marisa Tomei quality to them as well

Here are some of my current fave teenage Simmies,the first two are a set of twins named Leloni Kaieka and Zulu Kaieka,their mother is Lealoni Keiaka and their father is Mortimer Goth,there are 1/2 Samoan,and I think they turned out to be  very exotic looking:icon_smi:I love how Zulu inherited his mommy's nose,it makes him all that more unique:icon_smi:I love having a diverse 'hood,I do like my ethnic Sims:king:

Hello,I have recently experienced a very strange and somewhat sad problem in my game:sad4: Recently,I went into one of my Sim famillies homes and discovered that the husband was just plain missing,like poof! He just dissapeared into plain air,like he never existed,the only ones left in the house were his wife and child,I then went into his parents home(because he was born in my game)and I was shocked to see that his thumbnail picture was missing from their family tree,and when I checked the parents memories it just showed a blank square with no portrait and with the words had $Subject,$Subject went to college and so forth,it also showed in the error log that his wife taught the child to walk,talk and potty train,even though the missing husband taught the child to talk and use the potty,it was like he was never part of the household,the only other thing I could think of was that he was in a custom modeling career,and the only hack we have is the InSiminator and teen woohoo.I would really like to get my missing Sim back,is there any way I could do this?

hello,lately I have been experiencing a very serious problem with my game:smt120 Whenever I try to move anyone(whether it be one Sim or a whole family)into a large home on a 5X5 lot the hourglass just keeps spinning on the screen and will refuse to enter the lot,I always have to shut my computer off and restart the game,I can then reenter the same lot with no trouble,but my Sims can't be directed to do anything and they have no plumbbobs,they just appear to be standing there,motionless,this just started a few days ago,all I have inside the house is the same old custom content I have been using trouble free for months,lately I have been forced to use boolProp useShaders false just to stop the constant blue screen and hourglass,I really don't think that this caused it,I also have the InSiminator v.2.7b DEST edition installed,my expansions and stuff packs are:

The strangest thing about my problem is that I can enter a smaller home on a 4X4 lot with no trouble,but whenever I try to enter anything larger my game keeps doing this

I found out all of the trouble was caused by my Nvidia video card a few days ago:hmph: Luckily,due to the help of boolProp useShaders false,I have been able to play my game normally again,and I am still using all of my CC and hacks with no issues,not too shabby(1st)

I have been having a lot of trouble with the Sims 2 lately,in fact,I recently decided to stop playing Bon Voyage and go back to Seasons,I thought that everything would return back to normal,silly me...............
Anyway,this morning I created my nice little custom neighborhood and plopped two CAS famillies within it,I was already having trouble getting the game started but then I started deleting the accessories cache before I started it and everything started running smoothly again,well,that is what I thought..................
Anyway,right away I noticed the light blue screen with the spinning hourglass showing up again,first when my Sim was on a community lot,and then in the neighborhood view when I went to save,after I made sure that everything had saved I quit the game and went back online.after about an hour I decided to go offline and play again,first it took three times to start the darn thing again,and when I entered the game my custom neighborhood had been deleted!:hmph: It had been replaced with a neighborhood called weather?! Anyway,as soon as I entered "weather" the game crashed,I have a ton of custom content in my game and a few hacks(JennFlower's teen woohoo,swim naked,naked water wiggle and woohoo naked,I was wondering if it was the hacks or the custom content causing all of my trouble? I have been playing the Sims 2 for over a year,in fact,when I just had Pets installed I had one game last 6 months,and I didn't have one hack or custom item installed.I was wondering if there was someone out there who could explain to me why I am having so much trouble,I am seriously thinking about uninstalling the game for the tenth time this week and deleting all of my custom content,if it meant that I could actually start playing again

I purchased Bon Voyage the very first day it was released,and since then I have had to uninstall and reinstall at least ten times in the past month,I must say that personally I have experienced every weird or disturbing "bug" known to man,the lag was unbearable,and there was even a time when noone in my main CAS family's home could even age transistion(including babies):hmph:
This expansion has been the worst so far when it comes to bugs,heck,my hack filled Seasons games never gave me this much trouble! That's why last night after I experienced three game crashes right in a row(I had long since removed every hack known to man)I immediately backed up my CC folder once again,uninstalled the game,and reinstalled,this time leaving out Bon Voyage,and I have to say that I don't miss it,at least I can play my game again without worrying about losing everything a few days later,after all of the trouble I have had with Bon Voyage,I must say that whatever new and tempting expansion EA can conjure up next,I'm not buying it,the Sims 2 has stopped with Seasons for me:rant:

:smt120Hello,I have a very strange problem:smt120 I recently uninstalled and reinstalled BV,and I backed up my downloads folder,I rebooted the game last night,downloaded a fresh CEP,and when I loaded it for the first time all of my custom items,hair, clothes,eyes etc was there,but when I went into the game this morning every bit of custom hair,clothes,eyes and makeup was gone! All of my custom furniture,cars etc was still there,but all of my clothes,hair and eyes wasn't!? I don't have any hacks installed in my game,and whenever I go to redownload my items it keeps overriding the files like it is there,but when I went into CAS all I found was Maxis items,please help me

Everything is 100% back to normal again,thank goodness,after I encountered the mysterious blue screen I immediately moved them out of the old house,deleted it,and I put them in a new one on a different lot,nothing has happened since,yippeeeee!

hello,I just recently started experiencing a problem in my game,I have all the expansions including seasons and just recently I created my own custom neighborhood,just this morning I went in to play one of my staple CAS famillies and when I went to save the lot the splash screen turned light blue with a spinning hourglass,this happened a few more times.but when I went to play the lot again it started happening inside the house,making it impossible to do anything because whenever I sped the game up or tried to play normally the light blue screen and spinning hourglass would appear,what bothers me is that every other lot in the neighborhood is fine,and I only have trouble with this one,I have the Insiminator installed,along with some other hacks in my game,and the lot is no different than any other in the neighborhood,I have no idea what to do,because I recently uninstalled the game because I encountered the same problem:smt120
