It happens to me too but under the bottom lip instead...

To set the resolution of bodyshop, hold down the apple key whilst launching bodyshop, you must launch bodyshop from the HD not the dock...

Yeah like I said I really doubt it, I think maybe you should contact raonjena (sp?) about this...

My cousin had that hair also, she had the mesh and the recolours and everything, but it did that appeared grey like in your screenshot, so its not a problem with your game or anything, I bet its something wrong with the mesh she has uploaded or something like that....

She was using a mac though so I don't know if that has anything to do with it, I doubt it....
