Hi this is my first real hack for the game and as such it is still an in test mod till I know that it works properly.

Now the reasoning behind this mod is that after Xenos http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=94297 did his mod for Nightlife way back in 2005.  I sort of continued for my own personal use the work he had done and with great success for me I got all the other aspirations except for the Popularity Aspiration which I chose not to do, to accept being vampires.

Now all went well till Bon Voyage was installed as all of a sudden a weird quirk cropped read http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=65094 to understand what went on.

Anyway after much investigation I found what looked to be the culprit in the Seasons wants file there was a line under the EP2Occult / Become Vampire Bad [None] & EP2Occult / Become Vampire Good [None] sections of the file was the line checkTree (dstring) = CT - Generic Test - Is NOT a Vampire?.

But in the Bon Voyage wants file EP2Occult / Become Vampire Bad [None] & EP2Occult / Become Vampire Good [None] sections of the file was the line checkTree (dstring) = CT - TEST Sim is Eligible for Vampirism? now this line when used with the mod that I made would make the become vampire want remain unfulfilled even when the sim became a vampire though this seems to though not really sure to apply when there are more than one vampire sim on a residential lot I do not know whether the same would occur on community lots.

So what I did was to use the line from the Seasons wants file and put it in the Bon Voyage wants file and so far no problems have occurred.

Now on to the fun bit I have supplied both files in one .rar file all you need to do is go to your \EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Bon Voyage\TSData\Res\Wants directory and backup the Wants and Wantrees package files and replace them with the ones in the WantsnWantTrees.rar.

Of important Note you will need University, Nightlife, Open For Business, Pets, Seasons and of course Bon Voyage installed to use the wants.package & WantTrees.package file just to be safe .

That is the easy way, the hard way is to use the .xml files and the latest version of SimPE or the QA version of SimPE which is a later version in the WantsnWantTreexmls.rar.  First extract the WantsnWantTreexmls.rar to a temporary directory both lots of .xmls are in there own directories to try and stop confusion, now open the WantTrees.package file with SimPE and find the instance 0x8fe04166 and replace it with the 6D814AFE-00000000-4DD1CDC4-8FE04166.xml.xml notice the .xml.xml use that one not the other commit and save the changes.

Remember to Backup the wants and wantTrees.package files

Now open the wants.package file and look for EP2Occult / Become Vampire Bad [None] and replace with the Become Vampire Bad.xml.xml then find (should be right underneath the other one) EP2Occult / Become Vampire Good [None] and replace with the Become Vampire Good.xml.xml commit the changes and save.

And the last way is to go through the wantTrees.package file with SimPE bit by bit and change how you would like this is a long and potentially dangerous process as any wrong changes could have undesirable consequences. And with the wants.package file have supplied a .txt file to show you what the changes are.

Hopefully my instructions make sense but I do not guarantee any of the files and changes so use at your own risk.

I have recently modded my wantrees.package file to allow Family, Romance, Wealth and Pleasure Seeking sims to take a chance at the darkside.

I am sort of continuing a mod done by Xenos over at MTS2 way back when Nightlife came out. Now my problem is that when I mod the wantrees file to allow the above, I have a strange thing happen where if I have multiple vampire sims on the one residential lot not sure about commercial in their green wants section after the want to be a vampire is fulfilled and does the spin bit it turns back too them wanting to be a vampire again even when they already are.

What has me stumped is that prior to Bon Voyage being installed I did not have this problem at all.

But since I installed BV this has happened, I tried everything that I could think of I even reverted back to the original .package file and created a new sims2 folder so it was clean of any crud except insimenator so I could do tests. And all was fine so the original wantrees.package file was not the problem.

But as soon as I changed the 0x8FE04166 section of the file to match what was in that part of my Seasons wantrees file all this weirdness of sims forgetting that they are vampires and they were having the want to be a vampire again.

So I have no idea what or why this is happening and how to stop it and what am I missing.

But as I said before I did not have this problem with the game until I installed Bon Voyage and so I have no ideas what has changed to make this happen as it is very frustrating to have it work and then not.

I have included the file to show what I have done, any help please would be greatly appreciated thank you as I can't seem to work out why this is happening ever since BV was installed.

What I have installed is Sims 2, Sims 2 Uni, Sims 2 Nightlife, Sims 2 Open for Business, Sims 2 Pets and Sims 2 Seasons and Sims 2 Bon Voyage.

Hi all this is my first upload to here and I hope you enjoy them.  As much as I enjoyed making them.

The original corset was done by Simfull Serpent.  I have just modified it to and some extra's to them.

There are 14 dresses in all some with and without corsets and of those with corsets there are two different types and three different colours.

Of the dresses there are two shades or red also blue, green, black, orange and pink.  That shine as the sim walks as well as reflect too.  The newer ones with the black and white corset have been fixed so no more invisible hands in the sims avatar and in the family load screen.

They are also for everyday and formal too.
