Ok, I cannot edit the facial features in bodyshop or on the create a sim screen ingame. I can press the buttons to change the facial features, but nothing happens. What is wrong? I'm going crazy!

I read somewhere that you can use sub folders in the downloads folder. Is this true?? How can you do that and still see the stuff in game?

I've tried a trillion times to download the bodyshape meshes, and they never work for me. They always show up with that plane jane red shirt, and khaki pants outfit that I hate so much! What am I doing wrong?? I want the teen bodyshapes so bad! And the adult ones!!!
