So, your Sim is down on her luck? Living in the streets, searching for left food and forced to cover herself with found rubbish...  This dress is made with stuff like old sknitwear socks, news papers, coke cans and a candy wrapper, bound together with security ribbons. Fit for a queen of trash! Hello, Hello,
I'll just place a little idea here (one of my obsessions) : bionics.!?
What I really miss in the 'sims universe' is a skin which combines the real living fabric with synthetics.
Think android replacements, bionic eyes and limbs, Frankenstein from the (near) future...
Even something like your avatar ;]
