Okay, so my main family, the Lous, suddenly refuse to load for me. They live in Desiderata Valley and when I try to load them, almost halfway through, they crash and it says something like, "this application has crashed. it will now be terminated." I took out my downloads and stuff and tried the other families and they worked perfectly. However, the Lous still didn't work. Put my downloads back and the other families still work perfectly. IT'S JUST THIS FAMILY. D: Help anyone?

Female teens. There are just so many more clothes, hair, make up, and possibilities you can choose from. The female adults I make usually just end up looking like their teenselves so eh, why not give them a longer life too. xD

It loads up to the first part, the one that says Shampooing dirty rugs and then it freezes. I can't do alt tab or anything like that unless I restart the computer. I reinstalled the game 3 times, and so far nothing. Help?

Alright, I'm getting  Foxconn 8600GTS-256N GeForce 8600 GTS graphics card, and I'm wondering if this card could run Sims 2 (with Nightlife, Seasons, Free time, and possibly Apartment Life when it comes out) with the graphics maxed out (smooth and everything) and with no lag. :/ I'm ordering it from newegg by the way, if that helps (which I doubt, but better safe than sorry, right?).

You should find groups.cache somewhere.

The "groups" are actually records of stuff. It usually solves most of my problems, and don't worry, it will eventually pop back up again (the cache). So yeah.

Did you try deleting groups.cache?
It worked last time this happened to me.
