The lighting package just means I put lights in the house, like overhead, garden lights, etc.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  I make my houses just as if you bought a new one with kitchens, baths, flooring, etc.  This is a "model home" so it's completely decorated that's all.

Taos features a huge gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a enormous family room (which I'd use as two spaces, one as a breakfast room), a rec room, living room and formal dining room with dual fireplaces and butler's pantry.  Also on the main level you'll find a laundry room, powder room, a full bathroom, a solarium with fountain, and two coat closets.  The upper level boasts an owner's suite with bathroom and walk-in closet, a study, guest suite, and two bedrooms with a jack-and-jill bathroom, as well as a loft area.  The lower level is unfinished but completely drywalled and awaiting your imagination!  Though I vote for a bar and wine cellar.

The Tuscany by The Wyllsun Design Group is part of our new Lifestyle Collection. The Tuscany, our smallest home of the collection, features a large vaulted great room, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen with breakfast room, owner's suite with spa bathroom and entry onto the covered porch, guest suite with its' own bathroom, and a study. A side-entry two car garage and fireplace in the great room is also standard.  

On a personal note, The Tuscany, while the smallest is my personal favorite of the collection and I've even built this house for myself.  If you haven't guessed, I work for a builder and these are based off my designs for one of her communities.  I would add basements with and without walkouts but don't like the strange piece by the garage that is there when you paint.  If anyone can tell me how to get past these, I'd love to rebuild these with basements as they are intended.
