The Yountville by The Wyllsun Design Group is part of our new Lifestyle Collection.  The Yountville features a large vaulted great room, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen with large morning room, owner's suite with spa bathroom and two additional bedrooms in which one can be optioned for a study.  A side-entry two car garage and fireplaces in the great room and owner's suite is also standard.

The landscaping includes a fully sodded yard, but no trees or shrubs included.

The lot is a 4X5 and is basically unfurnished except for the kitchen and baths, just as if you were to take delivery of a newly built home.  I have all EP's but other than the few sets/items listed, I did not use custom content on the home.

Also note that the 3rd bedroom/study is currently set up as a bedroom, simply switch out the single door for double french doors and eliminate the closet and your set!
