Hey there--

I'm having a few problems with my game. Everytime I make a sim, even outside of bodyshop, their faces and clothing are strangely faded. I have set all of my settings to highest quality and I'm quite sure my computer is able to handle the load that comes with the game--but I'm wondering why it does that? It is increasingly annoying. If anyone can help...I'd be QUITE thankful!

Hello there! I'm having a problem with my buildings, and the overall graphics of the game. While creating a new family, the background walls flash different shades of red (so that you are unable to see the actual wall). That was bearable, I could stand that, but now my house walls are the same way. The entire house is surrounded in flashing red. I am not able to put up wall paper or see any sort of a normal wall. I'm wondering if this is because of a poor download or maybe I need to change my graphic settings?

Please help soon. I'm just about desperate with this problem.
