The Sims 3 / Sims 3 Buzz / request: slider hack?

Not sure where to put this there isn't really a place made for this?
I know there are a few out there, but I truly only want the slider face and body. I will not use the awesome mod again it was to hard to get it to work on my 64 bit vista and it is only face not body also. I have never used the Indie stone one, but again it is other stuff along with the facial sliders. And delphys version doesnt get updated with the newest patches and may never with the others out and his time being needed elsewhere.
Would anyone be willing and able to make one that would be maintained and updated along with the patches that come out for sims 3?

Ok I know I have some hack that lets teens have babies. I know have a pregnant elder sim Never played one saw the option for try for baby well she got pregnant etc now she is stuck and cannot give birth and I cannot even kill her off? any suggestions as to take care of this problem?
she will walk around but doesnt do anything else but passout etc...

I have tested it says my comp passes.
I can play for hrs or days, but then all of a sudden my game will just go to the desktop. And any family I play is then gone. go back into the game it will show a blank house and family and you can no longer play them.
Anyone else have this problem or can anyone think of maybe how to stop it?

I am not sure where this should go. I do know others have wondered how to do this.
For sims you want to save that have either been born in game, are premade or maybe you simply just forgot to save them to your sim bin the first time around.
You can either go to a mirror and change appearance or to a dresser and plan outfit. That will take you to the CAS then while in there simply click on the sims picture it has the options save to sim bin or share sim.
There you go -- A sim ready to share with others -
