It's build in a ravine.  The entrance is in the rear. There is an elevated pool and an elevated deck.  The deck has a wall ready for showers/urinal.  The house is unfurnished.

[ATTACH]20024[/ATTACH]  It is also heavily landscaped.  I have all the EPs including FFS.  I think I used only Maxis items.  The trees and bushes cover up the elevation issues.

Here's my first simmie upload.  This is one of the replacement sims that I created to use during sim surgery.  Whenever a new family calls for any service, I have a bank of replacement NPCs to choose from.  So here's my neighborhood gardener.  All that work in the sushine has certainly paid off...The outfit in the photo is a recolor and I can't remember who's outfit it was.  This guy arrives in the wonderful "basic towell" and is ready for a hot shower.  I hope you guys treat him as more than just a hired hand...lol
