This costume drama features England's splendid Renaissance dynasty under King Henry VIII. Beginning in Season 1 when Henry VIII was growing desperate for an heir and growing distant from his first wife, the series moves quickly to the period when Anne Boelyn became his obsession. During this time Cardinal Wolsey rose to become the power behind his throne, ruling ruthlessly and nearly absolutely while Henry (played by Johnathon Rhyes Meyers) for the most part followed the Cardinal's advice, maneuvering through a series of betrayals and plots against him. When Anne Boelyn plays much harder to get than any woman ever has, Henry begins to search for a way out of his marriage to Katherine of Aragon, so that he can make Anne his wife. Needing a divorce, Henry turns to Wolsey, who promises to help him create waves of backlash from the church, as well as the Spanish Habsburg dynasty and its overseas empire. Against this background, gyrate the private lives and political intrigues of several members of the royal court and chancery. This includes Henry's friend and his sister Margaret's true love Charles Brandon, the Habsburg ambassadors, greedy and power-hungry schemers, their incidental victims and composer Thomas Tallis.. Here we jump back to a time when life was much easier...
When everyone met at Pops' place, and had a shake, a burger and fries, while talking up the friends from school. It's the 'happening place' for everyone to meet! The jukebox is boppin' the room is a hoppin' and the shakes are a flowin' at Pops' Malt Shop!

I have discovered a new series that has me hooked, and it brought up a subject I was curious about.
The series was 'Lost in Austen' and is like a take off of Pride and Prejudice, where a modern lady has the opportunity to travel back in time to take the place of Miss Elizabeth Bennett. All heck breaks loose, and I love it!!!!
I have other favorites, and I was curious to know what all of yours were? Shall we name them here?

I"M BAAAAACK!!! (sooooooo excited!!!)
I broke down and got a new computer! Sold all the puppies, got my car checked out (he said there was nothing wrong with it-go figure-musta been the gas treatment I put in finally kicked in!!!), registered and gassed up!
I took that old computer in to get checked. (Remember the 'lightening strikes computer' post I made??) Well, it was the power supply, but there was also something wrong with the motherboard-the two gurus told me that it could last a long time or a short one, so I grabbed up a new one, and the parts mine had that this one didn't--well, he shifted them together (the good parts) so now I have this one!
I have been really busy, though. My sister is getting married on Saturday the 2nd, so Mom needs me to help her with her dress and assorted goodies. I get to be the serving wench, the cleanup crew (With my other sisters, of course!), as well as the deco crew (am making my ex husband help me as well! muahahahaha!).
I'm a bit slow here-I've gotten all the EP's in to this pc, and my manga programs, but need to get the SP's in as well as find all my downloads (WEEEEEE!!! An excuse to go SHOPPING!!!) before I can start creating again. I have a lot of making up to do here! A lot of requests made that I am going to make yet! So have no fear!
I have been able to sail through here to look (boy is it hard to keep from downloading all these wonderful things you guys have created---GREAT JOB You all!!!!) and I see all the things I have missed out on here! You guys ROCK!!!

I am putting this here for when I get the computer junk all figured out and fixed (updated as needed) In the meantime, I would like to have you all list your requests here. I do have some ahead of these, but if listed here I will have them here to remind me what my next project is. I do have all the EP's and SP's, so if you can't download, try using clean installer to open them with! I do try to use base content, but I'm not perfect and I love to experiment!!!  Update: I have listed all the requests I see today. Better to see them all in one place, and to mark off as I finish them. I also keep the other messages for the clothing and links that help so much. If you guys see an outfit you want on your requests by all means tell me! Part of the hard part is finding just the right outfit for them!
