Simmers' Paradise / Apartment Life Help / Help- Apartment refusing to be an apartment!

Okay let me describe the problem because there is no way of putting it in one sentance..
When I use the cheat changeLotZoning apartmentbase to change the lot i am building from residential to an apartments. It comes up with one of your apartments is not being recognised, to edit this you will have to change your lot zone to residential and change it. So far okay...
BUT! I have tried all the reasons I can think of to get this apartment to comply! AND IT STILL WONT!!
I have three houses on this lot- one has 5 flats, one has two the other house is just one apartment. Its the one apartment/house that giving me the grief.
I have made sure all the below, cant think of anything else!
- has apartment door and only one
- is fenced in all the way round
- has no other doors/gates
HELP!

Recently i tried to package a sim from Body Shop and the sim i exported wasnt showing up, so i exited and went to her unpackaged file- and it said the file was corrupt and it started saying that for every sim file i picked, so i uninstalled and installed Sims 2 clean pack installer again and now- the files are showing as just blank icons and the sim still isnt showing up in body shop.
help!
i hope i made this clear?
HAHHA_ take that freaking body shop! only took uninstalling and installing sims 2 installer 5 times and re booting my computer!

HELP! i know it sounds silly- but whenever i go into uni- i lose all the motive bars and such - the whole blue bar bit, however i can still chose my sims to interact with my normal arrow. Ive tried pressing a lot of buttons...
no avail!

i have tried to find this answer- but it eludes me somehow.......
Okay so i found myself some beatiful eyes and skin- got the files- but my computer cant read them and i have no idea what to do with them to make them work....
the D/L files look like - name.package with a old window style window on a white background piece of paper as its icon and when i double click i get note pad with gibberish stuff on it.
they arnt replacement defults- just some nice extras...
PLEASE HELP! as i want to have a multicoloured neighbourhood lol....

i have never really thought about it- but when Dina had twins with Kitty- i thought hang on- no age difference between Nina and Dina and also there similar names..... are they twins? is there anyway of finding out.
but then also- i seem to have a blessing/curse of twins in my neighbourhood- maybe its because i artifically inseminate them all...... seriously i thought the chances were low...

Hi GUYS
as you would have guessed I am new, I have a question, where do I find all the pictures I have taken of my Sims? I have tried to hunt them down in my computer- but I am having no luck and I am desperate to upload and show off a few sims!
