1  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / I did a bad thing (I think) on: July 19, 2008, 12:28:00 pm
He he! Spooky! Never mess with the deads! :evil1:
Ok, time to be serious. I think Theraven is right, unfortunately sims is a game that crashes a lot and with anything. Maybe you executed the poor Dreamer family without a reason. I heard that you cannot resurrect maxis sims who died before we played, since there are no tombstones. But I think that if there are not, then you cannot resurrect them at all, they won't appear at the list, but Darleen did (she's a Maxis sim who died before we play, isn't she?). Maybe this caused an error?..
I don't know...I haven't tried to resurrect her myself, so maybe I'm just saying nonsense.
2  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Hair risk on: July 19, 2008, 10:21:23 am
Hi everyone!
Luckily, I don't have any game problems right now, but I'm in a serious risk. Some hair are not working for all ages, and have the appearance of some maxis hair. In result, I end up having 10 times the same type of hair. Would be ok if I delete them, or they will be deleted from all ages? I'm little scared to try it myself, so if somebody knows,he will be truly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
3  Simmers' Paradise / Sims Stories / **The Tragedy of Lilith B. Pleasant** ~ Updated 6/12 - Chapter Two: Part Six on: June 24, 2008, 03:30:31 pm
It's just awesome!! I started reading it today, and I just can't wait for the next chapter!
Poor Lilith... After reading this story, I sympathize her a lot, although I almost never I play this household.
Actually, in my households all the family's members are really closed to each other, with high carrier level and family balance, excellent students and with a lot of skills and badges. But I guess the perfect life stories are the most boring! =-)
4  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / I've Tried Everything on: April 20, 2008, 12:04:41 am
Maybe you should risk it after backing-up your game?

6  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / UseShaders cheat makes my pool flash red!!!HELP on: April 19, 2008, 11:52:29 pm
In my old laptop, I had this problem too! It's really annoying, isn't it? I guess my graphic card wasn't strong enough. That's what my computer technician said, adding that he can't help me. Now, I have a new laptop with a better graphic card, and the problem is solved. But I'm not sure if there's any way to fix it, not by uprading your computer
7  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Skin Problem on: April 19, 2008, 11:42:30 pm
Yes, I did...I installed quite many expansion packs recently, and not with the right order (university, open for business, nightlife etc)...
Could this be the reason? If so, is there any way to fix it?
Anyway, I tried to delete the cashe files unsing PE. I deleted only the groups.cashe,it seems there is no accesories.cashe in my game. But it didn't helped. In fact, I think my game became slower after that, but that could be only a bad day for my laptop. It have been through a lot ^_^

(Edit: Yay me!! I learned how to surgen my sims!!)
8  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Skin Problem on: April 19, 2008, 12:16:11 pm
Please, please, help me!
I don't know how and why, but it seems there is an error in one of the default maxis skin tones...the second one. It appears...grey! And I have a neighborhoud full off ugly, spooky gray seems! It's horrible, they were so cute before this error occured. I googled it, but I haven't found anything about it. I tried to change skin with sim surgency in simEP, but it hadn't work...I'm new at using it,and maybe I 've done something wrong.
Please, do you know a way of solving the skin problem? Or an advise on how to use sim surgency? That would be a pain, there so many gray sims, but still, would do great!
Thanks in advance! :-)
