You can't, because beach lots need a different kind of terrain (sea), which is made for this purpose with Sim City game.

You can place lots that don't require sea.

If you have still the downloaded files, make a "phony" install, to see their code. For instance: 7ab45cd8f, or a name.  Then search for this code or name in your Downloads folder, and delete the file. Search in "terrains" folder too.

You know where from you downloaded the lots. Look there too, if you can find the code.

The rule of the relations with other sims are: each day the sim lose 2 points in current relation, and in life time relation.

If you use the Insim to be friend with all the hood sims, it's logical, that after 5-6 days he will lose the friendship with all of them, and you will get the amount of messages as the amount of sims he befriended, in this case - about 500....

Better use the Quick realtions, and befriend only visitors and sims you meet.

Now use the SimPe, and max relations (100/100) with the befriended sims. Do it each 4-5 sim days in the lot you are playing.

For instance, I enter a lot, knowing that my sim is best friend with 25 sims. I play there 3-4 days, may be become friend of another 2-3 sims, then I save the game, exit, open the SimPe, and increase the relations back to 100/100.

You have to download the SimPe version, compatible with the EPs you have.

Do you have the compatible with BV version of the Insim? Any other version doesn't work.

Personally, I like the OFB version, and left it when installing BV. Many available actions didn't appear, as "dig for treasure", "comb for shells", and even the songs, and the gestures.

All the custom content is kept in several folders, which you have to save in separate place, before uninstalling and reinstalling each EP:
1) Downloads
2) Saved sims
3) Packaged lots
4) SC4 Terrains
5) Collections
6) [optional] Nieghbourhoods (if you want to continue your previous game)

If you decide to uninstall the EP - saving these folders is critical, because you can lose all your downloads.

For instance - the folders Downloads, Packaged lots, and Saved Sims won't appear after the installation, and the folders SC4 Terrains, Nighbourhoods,  and Collections will appear in default condition. You have to paste/replace these folders with your saved ones.

This is INSIMenator site. You have to download the INTEENimater (if you are older than 18 years), and only this hack enables a teen female to get pregnant. Search for the site in Google.

If you have Uni expansion pack, I wouldn't suggest you to bother with this issue - send your teens to college. There is always a time for babies....

When you buy a vacation lot, you get a message, that your sim has to go there to redecorate it. If you sold to the sim the original lot - he always will go there alone, until you redecorate it.

You have first to enter the vacant lot (before selling it), redecorate it - and it will make it more expensive, sum that perhaps your sim doesn't have.

After you redecorate it, it's good to package it to a file (click on it from hood view, choose the *), so you can paste it again and again for other families.

Only then return to your sim, click "real estate", and buy the lot. Now, after the simulator "knows" that it is redecorated, when you click on "vacation" option, you will get a window in which you choose which sims you want to go there.

According the programming, the toddler always knows who is his/her father, and shows this by the wants "snuggle by x", etc. If the toddler rolls a want when none of his/her parents are around - he/she rolls a want "be snuggled", etc.

I resurrected Skip Broke, and Beau immediately rolled a want to be snuggled by Skip, and not - "be snuggled".

So, MisDoh is right, and problem resolved....

My sim found it in Twikkii Island, in the yard of the Vacation house he bought.

Usually, I spawn the "Quick Relations", and then I choose: "entertain - joke", with click on the 'heart' and choose "best friends" - with the relations panel openned.
If I don't get any result, I choose again "entertain - joke" with another click on the 'heart'. I get 65/65 relations, and from here it's easy to advance.

After tiresome search for ninja's appereance in many community lots, seeing him dissapear before my sim could get to him, and then (of course) answer  the wrong question - I got pissed off.

So, go to the Far East Vacation (if you can buy a vacation house - good, but not necessary).

Choose one of the community lots, pass to Build Mode, and put Inge's Teleporter Shrub (it's the only one you can put in a community lot) in some spacy place.

Take your sims there, and click on the shrub; choose: "summon", then "more", than "ninja". Click on him, and "learn to travel like ninja". If you answer the wrong answer - summon a ninja again, until you answer the right answer. He will wisper something in your ear - and voila - you have the Memento....

It's much easier, if you have a vacation house. Put the shrub, and do it comfortably, without any tense of losing motives.

Just found, that if you book immediately another tour - the bees and the itching animations stop.

I don't know if anyone noticed, but the "schizophrenia" returned again. Suddenly, my sim rolled a want to see the ghost of...himself....

As SimPe isn't compatible yet with BV, I used the Enhanser, and saw, that he hates himself -100! Of course I fixed it, but I think EAxis programmers should fix it again in their new patch.

They are called "pre-made sims" - the default sims are the Grim Reaper, the social worker, etc, with which you can't interact.

Anyway, I like mostly to play with Brandi Broke, make for her a rich sim, who accepts all her 3 kids, and after they go to college - make another 2 babies, who surprisngly are girls.

Once I had a surprise with Cassandra. I enterred the Goths, with intention to make Don leave Cassie at the Altar. This time I made Don selectable, and orderred him to get married. Now Cassie left him at the altar, and dissapeared. Couldn't find her at all, and had to exit without save....

Usually, I resurrect Bella - can't see Mortie marry to another.

I don't let Daniel to break with Mary-Sue. I pass them to a new house, and hire a new maid. Mary-Sue, with a new sexy makeover, beats any other female, and Daniel is crazy about her. No more different jobs - they have the same job, thus the old goat can't cheat on her....

I resurrect Darleen Dreamer too.

Because of Uni EP, I choose only the families with kids, and move all the others to the Family Bin - they are redundant.
