Have anyone else noticed, that when inserting the following closets "iN Style v1,5 and v 2" Closets by Simsational inc. An original closet by maxis..

The pie menu gives the following options: gussy up, change appearance, wohoo, thy for a baby, practice speach and practice romance, But you haven`t  got the option  to change and plan outfits.. Is this a bug in my game or maxis that have forgotten something important??

I have tried to do as followed:

- buildt walls on both sides and back and then inserted the closet in the middle as you would normally do. also tried to build four walls but that didn`t work either.. So what am I doing wrong here ?? It is supposed to be a warderobe closet with and without mirrors, and you would think that you also could change clothes like it was intended to do..

Hope someone please can help me with this issue. When I build new lots with garages and change them into appartmentbases the residents can't buy cars. Why is this?? Is there a bug in the game or am I missing something?
