at first there was just a blue box that appeared when i entered a lot, but then it dissapeared. now the whole street and everything, accept the things in shadows, are flashing blue! in buy mode and build mode it looks normal. everything else in the game is fine, accept all of a sudden my sims look all pixilated, but not that much, the edges of them are just not very smooth. anyway, how do i get rid of the flashing blue? and possibly the sharp edges of the sims?
i have windows vista, all expansions accept freetime, and my game has been running fine until yesterday. please help me!

so i found this really pretty sim on in insim, and i tried to download it but when i clicked to install it it said "this content requires expantion pack data that is not installed". i went to modthesims2 and tryed another it said the same thing. and i did another but it worked. is this a game malfunction. the creator said that you only needed the sims 2. help!:smt120
