what is an itr score...and what should i do to get it to a 60 or 70 because both the sims were in love at the time

I just recently started playing a new lot and my teen sims are interacting but to a certain degree. Now that they have flirted, hugged, and kissed; there are no new interactions are appearing. I would like for them to go steady however, the interaction that includes going steady, which is propose, won't ever show up. I've been playing this lot for awhile with constant interaction between the two sims but nothing new will appear.

IT IS ACTUALLY NEW...NOW I AM UNABLE TO INTERACT WITH OTHER SIMS...AND WHEN I TRY TO MAKE MY SIM DO SOMETHING IT WLL DISAPPEAR AS THEY ARE ABOUT TO DO IT...

NO SIMS WOULD SHOW UP WHILE I WAS TRYING TO CREATE A FAMILY....THEN I CHOSE A FAMILY I ALREADY CREATED AND THE CONTROL BAR THINGY AT THE BOTTOM WOULDNT SHOW UP...WHAT'S GOIN ON? WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Hey...Im relatively new to insimenator (registered yesterday night) and Im having a little difficulty. How do I use the uploads and downloads in gameplay after you download them? I did create a folder in the EA Games folder and up my downloads there. What do I do next?
