or other folders? I'm sort of remembering they should be in applications???
I am talking about reinstalling the sim 2 and it's expansion packs. This question is specific to the Leopard OS system. So windows is totally different. Actually I read down further and Aspyr suggests installing in the Applications folder on the hard drive. So I am trying that as I was unable to install EP's with The Sims 2 installed on the hard drive (not in applications on the hard drive).

Probably most of you already know that quicktime 7.6 when installed will cause The Sims 2 not to work. Has anyone heard any news or rumors on if Aspyr will fix this? Or if Apple is working on it?

I have downloaded all my custom content from sites like this and MTS2 and MATY  etc.. Recently I needed to ask a technical question about my Sims 2 game so I registered at the Exchange (EA site). I was wondering why so many almost all creators say "do not post this on the exchange"? The only reason I figure is if the creator wanted it on the exchange they would post it there themselves. But then that leads me to ask why don't more very talented creators want to post on the exchange?

This would be a first for me. I have lots of hacks/mods (FFS and twoJeff's, Monique's and Inge's) and  cc BUT I did not use any cc in the building of this house or special moded doors or items. Since we don't have the option of clean install is it possible for me to safely package a lot and upload it?

I know this is a very  newbie question but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I could get my snapshots into photoshop so I could then upload them to photobucket and THEN post some on here. I have some with great expressions that I would love to share. Also some houses I have downloaded and redecorated that I would love to share also.

I just found it and now I can easily download sims2packs that say "you do not have the needed expansion pac". So far I have  only used it to install premade sims.

Does anyone know if securom is used as copyprotection on  the Mac version of BV?

I have been reading and reading but I can't seem to get through my thick skull exactly what the difference is between say warlocks CPin-up xhi res and other colors of skin/flesh. Can I pick the body mesh and a skincolor mesh too?

Why don't the Sims I download here show up in my game? Should I put them in the saved sims folder? I have been putting them in my downloads folder.

Well after I downloaded about 40 meshes and colors something in the back of my head said -.exe - files don't work on the mac. They did not show up in the game. Is there anything I can do to make them compatible?
