A beautiful sim for a beautiful lady. Very well done

I have a sim family and when the little girl has to go to school she goes to the bus then a error message pops up and basically says there is no destination for her i can then retry cancel or delete to close the message.
for some reason the game dont know what to do to take the little girl to school. Shortly after this message the game shuts down. Anyone know what i can do to fix this or do I just need to delete this family? It is a downloaded family called the Stargazer Family.

I have all the ep's and alot of custom content. My game runs fine but after several hours will just crash and close out. I found some records in the event viewer but where else can I look to maybe isolate this issue. My guess is the game is not clearing it's memory properly and once it fills it just shuts down.
I run Vista on a 64bit pc with 2gb mem. I don't have any other issues with sims just this annoying crash. It would be nice to play longer than 2-3 hrs at a time. (also it sucks when I forget to save lol)
