Just saw your post and had a question... If the air that the fan pulls in is warm, would that cause a problem? Sorry but I think that mey be the problem I'm having as well.

Never mind I got it fixed.

When my card crashed it did the same thing, my monintor went on standby and I couldn't get it to turn back on. Do you have a lot of CC? PLay large lots? I found that my game ddaoes it morer when I play big lots with loads of CC than small Maxis lots.

The blue as windex is an actual pickup line. LOL. I should have the next chapter up in a few days.

TRL I have the same problem with my game as well but I only play Pleasentview, and when my game crashed with the graphic display error it actually crashed my card. I had to reinstall it. Did you have to do the same?

I went through all my downloads today and took out the pics and readme files. I then put everything in separate folders by type of item. I.E. Meshes, readmes, cleanpack installs, and then the downloads. Now I have them names as thus, downloads, meshes, installs, & readmes. Then when I went to play my game none of my body content worked. The thumbnails where there but when I put it on it was gone. Does anyone know what happened? My CC works but some things just aren't there. Was it because I separated everything? Or because I put a downloads folder in a downloads folder?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to have to go re download everything.

Teannas: Today I've just been so out of sorts. I woke up way too early this morning sick. As I rushed to the bathroom I heard a car pull up. When I was finished I ran downstairs to just in time to see Jacoby sneak in. Ooooo I was so pissed! First he ditches me for my sister, then he doesn't even have the decency to check in, and now he feels the need to sneak in.
"Where do you think you have been?"
He jumped so high you'd think I shot him out of a cannon.
"Ummm... well... I was..."
"Come on come on spit it out!" I was getting impatient to know what happened with my sister.
"Well Freyja and I went to... ummm..." he took a big gulp of air " She took me to her house, and *clears throat* we talked and umm had a... had a... beer."
"OH FOR THE LOVE OF ODIN DID YOU SLEEP WITH HER!"
He turned white as a ghost when I asked that.
"NO! Why would I? I barely know her. She's nice and all but well we just got to know each other. That's all."
"Oh, well then take a shower you smell like cigarettes and booze."
While He was in the shower the phone rang.
"Teannas, this is Amanda."
"Hi, What's up?"
"Well you and Jacoby made it through again. What can I say the judges just love you two. This Round is all about him teaching you. But don't worry you get to have fun about it. You will be auctioning Jacoby off at the end of the week to raise money for the Bluewater High School After School Programs."
*Shudders* "OK. Thanks for letting us know."
No one knows but I have glossophobia, the fear of public speaking. I screamed in frustration. It's so not fair!
Just then Jacoby came flying down the stairs. D#*@ he heard me.

"Hey I heard you scream and I figured you were hurt, so next time don't scream!"
He turned around and went back upstairs. When he came back down for breakfast he had on his geek clothes again. What the (BLEEP), I spent the last week making him look good and he wears that crap!
"So what did Amanda say?"
I was glaring daggers at his outfit, it was so... so... so... hideous, horrific, a train wreck, disgusting, I could go on for days... *thinks to self* Man I'm bitchy this week, must be that time of the month.
"EARTH TO TEANNAS!"
"Huh, oh what did you ask again?"

Jacoby: Gee I never seen her this spacey. I think the show just got to her. Or we got eliminated and she doesn't know how to tell me.
"I asked what did Amanda say? Are we going on?"
"Oh yeah, um you need to teach me about education and I get to auction you off at the end of the week. It's for some charity thing... I'm gonna go take a nap."
"Um ok... talk later?"
"Yeah"

Teannas seemed to be having a bad week. I don't understand why, maybe this show is getting to her. I thought we we're doing great together but I guess not. Maybe her bad mood has something to do with me going home with her baby sis, Hmmmm.
While she napped I took a cab over to the mall. I picked up what I'd need to teach Teannas. I got some posters, maps, I even picked up and easel to stand them all up on.
I walked past the Gap store that Teannas took me to last week. There was a display that had her favorite perfume on. I walked in and looked around for a minute. Then I saw the outfit she had looked at, I mentally talleid what we had left and what I had in my pocket.
"Can I help you Sir?"
"Umm, what? Oh Yeah ummm... Layla, I need this outfit for a friend, but I'm not sure what size she is..."
"If I knew what she was I might come up to a close match, Wait weren't you in here last week? Yeah Yeah you were, With Miss Dickens."
"Thats who I need it for. She's having a bad day."
"Don't worry I'm know what size she is."

I wasn't too sure what I was to teach so I did a little of everything. After a bit she stood up and said
"I'm pretty sure I learned this in High School so if you don't have anything else to teach I'm gonna go out."
"Well I guess we can take a break where do you want to go?"
"I meant alone" With that she grabbed her coat and walked out the door. I put away all the stuff I bought and placed her present on her bed. I've never been in her room, it was new territory for me.

Teannas: I went to Xinaran for some sushi, it helped my mood a bit.
I kept thinking about him and my little sis, and then him rushing downstairs to "protect" me. It just doesn't add up. *sighs*
Driving around found me at Simstronics Super Store. I went in and looked around. I felt bad for all the yelling I did. I mean he was only trying to do what Amanda said. So I went inside to buy him something only a geek would love.

There was a card that read Teannas, these past few weeks have been great. I'm glad I met a wonderful Beauty like you. I tore open the paper and sitting there was a new outfit that I'd eyed while shopping for Jacoby last week and a bottle of my favorite French perfume. I went looking for him to say thank you. I saw him outside taking care of the little garden he planted and ran out to see him. Little did I know that he was coming in. I smashed the door right into his nose.

Blood was spurting everywhere. We had to drive the the ER to make sure it wasn't broken.

Jacoby: The doctor confirmed it wasn't broken just a little bruised.
"The swelling should be gone in a day or two."

Teannas was so upset, you'd think she's never seem that much blood. I kept telling her everything was find, don't worry. I asked if she opened the present.
"Yeah I was coming out to tell you thank you. I'm sooooooo sorry!"
"It's alright! I'm glad you liked it. The owner practically gave it to me. Since we went in there his business has quadrupled."
"Wow. when we get back home I have some stuff for you as well."
 
At the house she was hopping with impatience for me to open my gift.
When I got everything out I was astonished, She bought the whole Sims collection, (1&2) The World Of War-craft, and Ever Quest, a T shirt that says, my brain is hung like a horse, and a new computer.

"The guy at the store said that everything will play with no problems"
"Wow this is all for me?"
"Well of course silly *giggles* I thought you might like some games to play."
She gave me a hug and said she wanted to try on her new outfit.

Teannas: While we waited for the day of the auction to come Jacoby and I did a daily "classroom". He taught me about computers, and radios.

He took great pride when I learned about the ocean. Did you know that he spent a year learning, finding and naming fish... Eww in a way but cool in others.

Friday night showed up and I got Jacoby ready for the auction.
I think I'm coming down with the flu, the last couple of days I've been real sick in the mornings, and some foods just make me run for the bathroom.

The auction was taking place at the High school. We arrived on time and Amanda ushered us to the back of the partition.
There was a few other Beauty and Geeks there. Amanda cleared her throat for silence. "OK listen up... Beauties when you have the highest bidder for your Geeks you need to make a short speech about the importance of education." There was a collective groan from all the girls.
Jacoby was 5th in line. While we waited to go up I gave him tips on getting the ladies to bid, All too soon our names were called.

We walked out on stage and Jacoby got right into the sexyness that can only be my creation. I gave a little wave to some friends of mine that showed up for support.

and that got a few more bids. We got up to $100 and Jacoby shhok his butt and whistled for the ladies to bid higher.
The bidding went on and on for about 30 minutes, Jacoby brought in $785. I was all like OH MY GOD! My Geek is a stud muffin!

I was so excited. He was excited. He did a rock on sign when the bidding was over. It was so HAWT! His buyer came up and gave him a hug. She was just so cute.

Teannas: The date was scheduled for the next night. So while the secretary of treasury got all the info and money I gave my little speech.

"This Auction is to fund after school programs. As you know most families don't have the finances for their children to do much of these programs. That's where we come in. With the money you have paid for these dates we are giving underprivileged kids a chance to be more. You might think that these programs have nothing to do with the future but I know they do. They help students get grants and scholarships to universities and collages all around the world. Chess clubs, debate, sports, art, drama it all helps to further these students in reaching their goals, so give yourselves a hand for helping out and give the kids a hand for making something of themselves. Thank you."

When I got back stage Jacoby wrapped me in a hug and said that was beautiful.
I smiled and said lets go home.

Saturday was boring for me. Jacoby left to pick up his date around 7pm. I gave him a hug

and my keys, I figured if he took my car he might make a good impression.
I got a call from my Mom. I told her about my illness. She said she had a test that would let me know if I was, and she'd be right over. Mommy showed up a 8 I took the test and the results changed my life. Jacoby came home a 10 to find me on the floor crying.
"What happened? What's the matter sweetie?"
"I'm... I'm... It's all your fault!"
I threw the test at him and just the look was enough to know he hadn't expected this.

Teannas: Sunday evening Amanda called all bright and cheery.
"Good Morning dearies. I have great news for you. You made it past the eliminations and are going on to round 2! Isn't that great?"
"YES!!" I told Jacoby and he started jumping around like a cracked out Tom Cruise over Katie Holmes.

I ran upstairs to put on my jammies, it was so time for popcorn and a movie. When I got back downstairs, Jacoby was still jumping around over us making it through.
"Hey...HEY...HEEEEEY!" He stops jumping, "I have more news. I GET TO MAKE YOU OVER!!!"
"WHAAAAAT! What's wrong with the way I look?"
"Well nothing, but ummmm, It's just what we have to do. Will you let me do it?"
"If I don't?"
"Then I bet we won't make it to the next round, Don't you want to win this (BLEEP)?"
"Well yeah... but well I like the way I look, It's no fair that I have to change the way I look just for you"

With that Jacoby stomped out the house and down the road.
I couldn't believe it, I stared at the door in shock, he just left... NO ONE LEAVES ME TILL I SAY THEY CAN!!! *ARGGGG* I am so freaking furious with him. He can't have want to win this as badly as I do. I dressed like a geek for HEAVEN'S SAKE!!!
*talks out loud to self* "Screw him! Who needs geeks anyways!" After giving me that little pep talk I went to the fridge and grabbed the bottle of champagne.

Jacoby: After I left the house I realized that I was being a brat, but I couldn't go back just yet or she'd think she won. That's the thing with these type of girls, they think that everyone should just fall at their pretty little feet and worship them. Well not this geek. I didn't have much cash on me so I walked to the little corner bar. I went in and sat down. the bartender ask "Son whatd'll it be?" I told him I don't care I'm just killing time. He has the waitress bring me out a few drinks and I drank them all down. Around 3 hours later I stumble on home to find Teannas waiting by the door worried. She threw her arms around me and started crying and carrying on about some guy getting ran over and she thought it was me cause I left and don't ever leave her again, cause she doesn't like being scared. I kissed her forehead and told her it was ok, I was alright, I promised not to leave like that and to check in when we weren't together. She calmed down a bit and we looked into each others eyes and "Alright I'll do the D*#@ makeover if it'll make you happy!" She leaped into my arms at that "YAY!!!"

Teannas: Since the store were all closed and I was in no shape to drive Jacoby and I stayed in and watched movies... One thing led to another

Monday morning we both awoke with pounding heads. We both agreed that last night was a one time thing and we wouldn't let it ruin our chances of winning nor get in the way of our new found friendship...
So after popping a few ibuprofen, and drinking some tomato juice for breakfast we were good to go.

Our first stop of the day was a Moxie Java. If I was gonna make him over I was gonna need lots of mocha. So as I pulled away from the drive through I took a big gulp of my iced Moxie milky way.
"So do you have an idea of what you want to do to me?"
I spewed out my mocha all over my steering wheel."WHAT!"
"The makeover, what are you going to do with me?"
I stop cleaning up my steering wheel and dashboard, "ummm I thought I'd make you into a rock star? Yeah I like that idea."
After driving around for a bit I pulled up in front of a tattoo parlor.
"What are we doing here?"
"Starting your makeover. Get your butt out of the car cause you promised anything I wanted you'd do."
]We walked in and was met by Bubba the head "artist" "Well there pretty lady what can ol Bubba do for you?"
"I'm making over my friend here and I want to give him a bad boy bod, what do you suggest?"
 *snickers* "It's gonna take a lot to make that one *points over his shoulder* a bad boy"
I look over at Jacoby and he's looking in the mirror Showing off his muscles. *giggles*
Bubba and I agree that Jacoby should get a few tattoos and maybe a couple piercings to go with. He got a double eyebrow and a *sounding out* la br a you know the one right above your chin but under your lip, but he drew the line at the tattoos. Poor Jacoby was in so much pain. Oh well beauty is pain.
You'd think I was done with him but I'm not... I then drove to my favorite salon.
"OH Giacomo! I'm so glad to see you!"

"Miss Dickens! Where have you been? *looks at hair and squeals* What has happened to your beautiful hair and face? *shudders* OH!"
"I'm on a T.V. show and they won't let me have my credit cards or nothing... I got 7,500$ to furnish the house I have to live in. It was horrible at first but I'm dealing with it. Anyways I'm not here for me I'm here for Jacoby." I pushed him forward for Giacomo to take a look.

"And what am I suppose to do with this...this...this... Oh I can't even think of a word for it now." Giacomo snaps his fingers and stylists come from all around, he grabs Jacoby and says "Come I will work magic with you." they walk off to the shampoo room. Giacomo walks back to me while I was sitting in the lounge.
"Miss Dickens, what is this all about? You tell me before I go any further with that... that... that... PERSON!"
"Oh Giacomo, I put an application in for a show called Beauty Week, but when I got a call back it was called Beauty and the Geek! Then to make it worse I have no extra money for my necessities like spa days or shopping sprees *pouts* and I have to live with Jacoby till we either get eliminated or we win.... I sooooooo have to win. It was horrible the first couple of days but we get along real well. So this week I get to makeover Jacoby anyway I want to and I thought he'd look so hawt as a rock star. What do you think?"
"I think you need me more than he does. I'll turn him over to Pierre, He'll do a fantastic job. Come I go to work to fix what this show has ruined."
"But... Giacomo I just said I can't afford it..."
"Did I ask for money? You are my pride! My joy! Women see you and beggar themselves to have me work my magic! I do you for FREE!"

So while Pierre worked magic on Jacoby, Giacomo work his magic on me. When I finally got to see Jacoby I got the biggest surprise ever. I thought he was hot before he was a GOD now.

Pierre did a botox injection on his lips, relaxed his hair so that it was straight and even put in high and low lights... Looking at him made me want to rush to the house and lock the door and do lots and lots of naughty things.

Jacoby: Pierre... I think that was his name. Oh hell it don't matter cause his flaming and just weird. Anyways I digress he did all sorts of things to my face and hair and I had some girl doing my nails. Even my toenails. I had yummy smelling goopy stuff plastered everywhere, I was wrapped, prodded, soaked, flattened, tweezed, scraped and waxed. I couldn't believe that woman put themselves through this voluntarily. I didn't even get to see what I looked like when they were done. I was ushered straight in front of Teannas. But I have to say the way she looked at me made me feel like I was the only man on the Earth. When I finally got to look at myself I couldn't believe it was me. Teannas was talking to what's his name...
"Pierre... *takes a minute* You are wonderful! I love what you did. Thank you."
"Awww Mademoiselle Dickens you flatter me."

We left after that. I asked where she had gone when I was getting this done, that she was having the same thing happen to her made me laugh.

Teannas: After leaving Giacomo, I took him to Built. I figured if any one could make Jacoby's new look even better it was the clothes there. Even if they are off the rack. I went crazy finding totally hawt clothes that so made him look hotter than he already was. YUM!

After Built I decided that he need some club wear as well so off we went to Gap. He got some totally hawt clothes there and I even got him a bottle of every major calonge out there.

We got back home and there was a limo waiting. Out gets Amanda and 2 international male models. "Lets go darlings, we have a big night ahead of us. Jacoby dear your task is to be in a runway show with Adam and Brian here. And Teannas I have a brand new dress for you at the show so get in and off we go!"
Once there the boys headed backstage to the men's dressing rooms to get ready. Amanda took me to the women's and produced a stunning Mianti mini with matching heels. Oh I was in heaven! After changing, Amanda and I sat in the front row and enjoyed the show. Jacoby was great. Who knew that under all the geekness was a stylish guy just waiting to come out.

Jacoby: As I walked the runway I felt a new sense of pride for myself. I used to put people down for stuff like this but it's hard work. You have to time everything just right or it could be ruined. I looked out at the crowd and spotted Teannas sitting with the producer. She was smiling from ear to ear, just as happy as can be and looking absolutely beautiful. *sighs*

Teannas: The runway show ended and they had me go up and be recognized. I guess this whole thing was to show off what I had done. Well I was just happy to make such a hunky piece of man meat!

The rest of the week went uneventful, it was boring. There is only so much no fun I can take. So that Friday night I told Jacoby we are going out dancing.
"Ummm why am I going again?""Cause I said and cause you need to get out and meet girls!"
"But... I.... Don't...."
I swear he passed out of the idea of meeting other girls. What is with this guy. He talks to me with no problems. When I finally got him revived he told me that he's never asked a girl out. So during dinner I sit him down and I tell him how to handle the opposite sex. We got ready and out to the clubs we went.

At Club Dante Jacoby got a drink thrown in his face for a bad pick up line. Hearing that "Your eyes are bluer than Windex" didn't go smoothly with her.

If you take all into account this week hasn't been all that bad. I got a free spa day, a free outfit, and I got to make over a guy. *raises champagne glass* "Here's to next week!"

Teannas: So I'm getting ready to get my mud bath and massage, when my phone rings.

"Teannas Daaah-ling, this is Amanda from the station. I'm so sorry to catch you at a bad time, so I'll make this quick. You got a spot on Beauty and the Geek."
"Wait a minute... I thought it was Beauty Week!?!"
"No..NO... Hun Beauty and the Geek. Anyways I need you to come down to the studio by Friday so we can finalize the paper work. Love ya dearie Ta~ta."
 I hung up and I just couldn't believe it... Beauty and the... the... GEEK! The rest of my day was totally shot. I didn't even look twice at the hottie eyeing me at Neiman Marcus.

Friday came around and I went to the studio. Amanda the Producer met me at the studio door.
"Hello Teannas. We just need to go over the guidelines for the show. Now first you'll..." I tuned her while she talked about the paper work and ratings and rules... God this show was gonna be a pain. I was thinking I should just back out and go home.
"So I'll need you to hand over all credit cards and cash. You'll not be allowed to use your cell phone. We will provide one..."
"Umm Amanda not that I'm happy to be on your show but umm I have a standard of living to uphold. I can't just not have money or contact with my friends."
"Oh hun you'll still be able to talk to everyone just not from your phone. The studio will give you a 15,000$ budget to furnish your house, and to..."
"Wait a minute! Furnish my HOUSE! What do you mean?"
"Teannas I thought I went over that... You and your Geek will be living in a house together for the next few months."
I couldn't believe it... Living with a... a... a... GEEK! *gulps and starts to shake* says to self "ok I can do this... it's just like acting..."
"Ok so where do I sign?"

Sunday came and I drove to the addy that Amanda had given me. She told me that the camera crew will already be there and that they'll be filming immediately. As I pulled up I saw a totally hot guy standing out front. All I could think was how am I suppose to be interested in a geek if I have this eye candy filming me.
I got out of my car and started unloading my luggage, when Dreamy walked over and offered to help.

"HI you must be Teannas, I'm Jacoby."

*shocked* "You're my GEEK!" I was in total geek heaven. He was so cute. I tried to hug him but he backed off like I was wearing knock offs of last year's Malano Blaniks.

"Sorry I've spent the last year by myself so I'm still getting used to other people. So looks like we're gonna be roomies for a few months. Have you been inside yet?"

I walked into the house and ran out screaming! It was horrid! I couldn't believe it. I knew that there wasn't no furniture, but the walls and floor were just so sick! I just stood in front of the house and sobbed.

Jacoby: I wasn't sure what was wrong with her, she was so freaked about the inside. When she screamed I almost had a heart attack I didn't think it was bad. The roof didn't leak, and there was no wild animals, I mean hell I've lived in worse. I went up to Teannas and talked to her.

"Hey it'll be ok..."
"NO IT WON'T!!! HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT?" *sobs louder*
"Well if you want you can decorate any way you want to."
*hiccup* "Really?"
"Yeah well except my room, I'm kinda picky"
She started smiling then.
"I know what you mean, but we don't have that much."
"Well ummmm I don't know what to say about that. I've been living in worse than this."

Teannas: Jacoby was such a sweetheart, wow smart, good looking, and a nice guy. MmmmMMmm! Yummy!

So we sat down and talked about what we needed and where I could splurge. I told Jacoby that I needed to go change first.
"Why?"
"Well I'm an Heiress. I need to look my best at all times, and I can't be caught in the same outfit twice in one day. Just get used to it."
So an hour later...( I had to do my hair and makeup) and then we got in my car (Jacoby doesn't drive).
 When we got to the first store I noticed that he looked a little green.
"Are you ok?"
he squeaked out "Do you always drive like that?"
"Ummm most everybody does! Well except old people!"
"Hmmm. I need a dramamine"

The first couch we tried out was nice but just didn't really go with the walls in the house.

At the second store Jacoby found a room set he liked... But to my embarrassment it was the employee break room.

We found a few things that were ok. Not what I'm used to but not all sick and icky.

While we waited for the furniture to arrive at the house we did a little shopping for a new outfit.

We got matching geek shirts at his favorite store. I don't think I'll ever wear it but it was a nice gesture.

Jacoby: Back at the house, Teannas made sure everything looked good. After that was done she called for a grocery delivery, and dinner. She set up the table and well... lets just say I study fish not eat them raw! She had ordered sushi.

She was right. it wasn't bad at all. We even had green tea.

After Dinner I sat down to watch a documentary on the life of Mozart, Teannas came out of the kitchen with a bag of funyuns and sat down to watch it with me.

I was amazed that Teannas had even heard of him and knew much about his life. Later I asked her about it and she explained that her Dad and Mom love classical music. She grew up with it in her house all the time.

Teannas: later that night I came downstairs to do my yoga, (my room is full with my stuff) and Jacoby surprised me by doing it with me.

Jacoby: I do yoga and ti chi everyday. It helps me stay in shape and feel good.

Teannas: The next morning the phone started ringing and Jacoby got up and answered it.
"This is Amanda did you get settled in ok?" Jacoby put it her on speaker phone.
"Listen up dears you have a photo shoot in 3 hours. Teannas hon don't worry about looking good we have hair and makeup teams over here just for you. See you later, love ya. Buh-bye."

We got showered, dressed, and ate breakfast. As I headed out the door for my car, Jacoby cleared his throat.
"Can I ask you something?"
"Umm Yeah"
"Well I don't know what to do."
"HUH? Whatdya mean?"
"Well ummm I don't know how to look cool."
Awww my heart went out to him.
"Don't worry I'll make you look good."
With that we got in my car and drove to the studio. Jacoby didn't even need a dramamine this time.
As soon as we walked in we were ushered off to our stations.
"AHHHHHHHHHH! WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?!?!?"
I couldn't believe what I was forced to wear... It's just too horrible to talk about.

Jacoby: I was clear on the other side if the set when I heard Teannas scream. I ran over to see what happened, and what she was wearing I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy Ok yeah I would but not someone as hot as Teannas. I ran up and asked everyone for a minute alone with her.
"It''s just a few pictures..."
She sobbed "But people I know will see me like this... I'll never live this down."
"But think of this... you do this shoot with me, I'll take you out where ever you want to go and we'll do what ever you want. Does that sound like a plan?"
*weakly* "Yeah"

Teannas: If it wasn't for Jacoby I think I may have just killed myself. The shoot went well. He was a natural in front of the camera. It was actually really fun. We even got to just be silly.

 I've never done that and let me tell you, it was a friggin BLAST!!!!
After the shoot Jacoby told me to go on home to get ready that he needed to do some shopping.
"I don't need HOURS to get ready. I don't mind driving you."
"Well I wanted it to be a surprise. Is that ok?"
"Ok... OK... I love surprises! Well as long ass they're good ones and not bad ones."
"I'm sure this one comes under the good ones."

So I went home and about an hour later a taxi pulls up and Jacoby gets out with this big bag. I walk down stairs and see him putting the bag down. His jaw dropped when he saw what I was wearing. I kept the braids, glasses, and no makeup. But more than that I looked the part of a girl geek.
Jacoby: I think Beauty has fallen in love with the Geek... *thinks to self* "Yeah baby! How you doin?"
Teannas: Just then I hear a little bark, I look to the floor and there is a baby chiuaua. I couldn't believe it. He went out and bought me a chi.

"Her name is Buggie. Cuz she was driving me Buggie in the taxi.. Do you like her?"
"Like her! I LOVE her! But why?"
"I knew you missed you dog so I thought it might help make up for earlier."
"Thank you. Well I'm ready to go. How bout we go see Night at the Museum?"

It was a normal day at work... I clock in, my shift starts, I get hell from the cook for my nails, (though I know he's just trying to make me laugh). So why am I writing about it?

He walked in... 6 feet of movie star GOD!!! Stewart Townsend. I couldn't believe it.
"Tuleah pinch me cause I don't think I'm awake!... OWWWW! That hurt!"
"Well you told me to pinch you."
"Yeah but did you have to do it so hard?"
"Nope I just like to hear you yell!"

The hostess came up to me just then, she looked all flustered. I didn't think she even knew who Stewart was.

"Freyja, you will be taking care of the VIP's. No one else will be seated in your section. Now listen up, just because a hot, rich guy is seated at your table doesn't mean a damn thing! Don't screw this up for the restaurant. Understood. No talking about how you want to be somebody... or trying to nudge your way into a film. GOT IT!?!"
"YES MAMN! No problem."
"Gee Honey tonight is totally you're night. I wish I was as lucky as you."
"Tuleah what am I gonna do? You know I'm gonna screw up. I am such a butter fingers when I'm nervous."
" Just think of them like normal people. That's all they want I hear."

*thinking to self* Just go over get their order and don't do anything stupid! I give them a bit to decide what they want, Tuleah gives me a thumbs up and tells me "Good luck. It's not everyday you get to serve a star."

"Would you like to start your meal with any appetizers or maybe a drink from out bar?"
Stewart looks up at me *oh what  face* "What do you recommend?"
"Oh now Stewart I'm sure she has better things to do than talk about food." Now this women had class out the wazoo! Swanky black dress, gorgeous flowing black hair. Definitely arm candy. She turns to me " We'll start with a bottle of your '74 Merlot, and the prosciutto mushrooms." turning back to the table "There see isn't that much better?"
They all had a good laugh at that one.

As I waited for the starters to cook I watched Miss Arm Candy. She was so posed and confident. Wish I could be that way. I got looks too, but I'm just so gangly. Comes from working on a farm your entire life.

"EARTH TO FREY!!!"
"Oh what did you say Gary?"
"I said your table is up get it out there before they get too hungry and leave!"

*Thinking* One foot in front of the other... Just get it to the table.
"Here we go, and have you decided on the main course?"

I wrote down the order and walked back to the kitchen.
"So get to hear any good gossip?"
"No Tu I can barely walk. Do you really think I'm gonna hear what anyone is saying if I'm concentrating so hard."
"Well learn!" And with that she walked off to her table.

30 minutes later had me walking back to the table with the meal in hand.

I did very well. My etiquette teacher would have been so proud. I cleared from the right and served from the left. Everything when so smooth until I got to Stewart.
"Ummmm, can I get some A1?"
I was so startled by his voice that the tray flew out of my hand and landed right in the middle of a very expensive Armani suit.
"Oh I'm so sorry, I really didn't..."
"Freyja! How could you!"

"I'm so sorry Camille, I really didn't..."

"MR Townsend I'm so sorry for this. Please I'm going to comp your whole meal for this and if you'll send the cleaning bill to me I'll pay for that as well.
And as for you!" Camille turned to me."You will make a formal apology to Mr Townsend and his guests and then you will leave these premises and do not return!"

Downtrodden all I could say was a meek "Yes Mrs. Carmichael."
"Mr. Townsend I'm truly sorry I didn't mean for this to happen. Please take my sincerest apologies to you and your guests. I am so sorry to have ruined your dining experience here and I truly hope that you do not slander this fine establishment because of my actions."
With that I started to walk toward the front doors.

"Really this isn't necessary, it was an accident."
I couldn't believe what I was hearing Stewart was defending me...
"Stewart really do you need to do this here? She spilled food on your brand new suit."
Yes but is was an accident, firing her doesn't seem fair"

After that I didn't hear anymore. I was unlocking the door to my car when a hand touched my shoulder. I grabbed it and flipped the "assaliant" over my shoulder and to the ground. There looking up at me was a very stunned Stewart Townsend.


"Wow your pretty strong for one as tiny as you look."
He got up and dusted himself off. I was mortified before now I was wishing I was dead.

"I'm so sorry, really I didn't mean to... Oh bugger!"
"it's ok, I completely understand. I'd do that too if some stranger grabbed me. I was coming out to apologize to you for getting you fired. But now I'm thinking I want to take you out on a date"

"Oh Stewart!"

"Well here's my entourage, what do you say I'll pick you up next Friday at say 8?"

"Ummmm, did you crack your head on the pavement?"
"No I like your spunk. So I'll get all the details ready and see you then."
"But you don't know anything about me. Where I live and well anything!"
"Don't worry I'll be there at 8. Just look pretty."

And with those parting words he walked to his limo.

YAY!!! I so need this!

YAY!!! I can't wait!

I tried that. That's when I couldn't use my phone.

I'm downloading them all right now. I hope it fixes what's wrong, I'm not sure if my problem is adressed in them but here goes nothing.

If it can't be fixed with the patches then I think I may have to start completly from scratch.

Should I get all the patches? or just Uni and Pets?

I just want to be able to play my game and do my contest stuff.
