You could always make a request for someone to make the robes. I would, but I can really only do the most basic of recolors. There's a mesh on MTS2 for graduation robes that were extracted and made for all ages that would be great for it.

The policies vary by artist, most have a policy about not uploading to paysites and crediting their work. I also believe there might be a rule about using pay material in preview photos, but it is by no means TSR

So I was wandering if anyone was working on or had any ideas for projects in their game right now. I'm planning on making a Caribbean banana-republic style neighborhood complete with an El Presidente family (New Tropico comes out next month and I'm pretty excited).
