I've started a new site recently called inspiring sims for simmers to come to for a few laughs and to talk to other simmers about the game we love, at the mintue we have the christmas advent calender up, a gift a day up until christmas, getting bigger and better each day,heres a sneak peak at some of the goodies;

Before you rent the apartment:

CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
1.Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true

2.Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.

3.Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.

4.SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."

5.If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.

6.Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.

ok this is a beautiful log cabin in woods so expect lots of trees. this is one of the smaller lots ive done but i think thats a good thing, this lot was requested by Tadashiis Gekko. this lot is not cc free, was made with eps - uni, nightlife, open for business, pets, freetime and bon voyage, and glamour life ep. this lot comes unfurnished, but if you want a furnished version, vote.

ok this is my first community lot up load featuring a modern cafe and bar

lot costs: 169,575

lot works as both a normal community lot and a business lot
