Request: All extra's from (home)business

I was wondering if it's possible to create something wich would allow me (and others) to get all the extra's from (i.e.) the homebusiness. (Like a discount at buying products, manipulating etc.) I could get to 10 points, so I could choose 10 things I'd wanted of the (Around) 25. (?) (At the end you have the best 5) (Maybe there is already something that would create the same effect, if so, could someone please forward me to it.)

Ofcourse, it is a small picture though. The steamer was in the sims 1. I would love to use it in a spa.

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could create a Scuba Tank and or a steamer and or the childrens play area which are in The Sims 1.

I used the search option, but I didn't see these.

Scuba tank: I've seen links so the mask, fins, wetsuit and oxygen tank, but I would like the scuba tank itself.
Steamer: I loved it in the Sims 1.

I don't know if it's even possible, but it would appreciated. Something alike would ofcourse also be amazing.

I have all the EP's. I want all the features, but, do I have to download all of them or just 1 or 2 to have all the futures?

Some info for the ones who haven't seen it in the game yet, the 'Multi Painting' from Merola's Sims 2 still works. Also, the "Smart Toddler Pic" still works. I deleted all my custum items and then downloaded a few again. So far everything works for me.

Maybe if you build an appartmentbuilding yourself and add a garage?

(Not sure if it would work though.)

If anyone has a painting (or something) else for those wishing points, motives etc. that still works, please let me know.

It seems that non of the custum items I had works with the new EP. The last time only a few things worked. I do like it, also, an appartment is a lot cheaper so if you don't use cheats it would be easier to manage.
