You can meet the maxis witches on community/downtown lots (a bit like the vampire), then you have to befriend them and then you will have the option of being taught magic.

I got an item though from sims 2 workshop that I can buy off the catalogue (its a pineapple) that summons the witches to your home lot then just use insim to make friends. After that you can get your own sim witches to teach your other sims.

If you don’t like the whole “witch” thing, there are several mods (sims 2 workshop has a good collection, mod the sims 2 and here at insim-see squinges mods) you can get so that your witches can wear normal clothes and also so you don’t get that ugly green witch skin (if you are evil). That’s what I did anyways.

Wow, I can’t believe that TSR thread… Makes me feel so….foolish for ever believing they were a respectable site. And they actually have the nerve to think that including viruses to track their files is a proper way of protecting their files?! Sigh…

One thing I was wondering though how exactly do they “catch” people donating to other sites?? Is paypal actually releasing that type of information to them or something?

I have lots of CC for almost every category but what I couldn’t live without are game mods.

ACR (twojeff - Simbology) would be on the top of my list.
The insim of course.
slower hygiene decay mod (I don’t like that my sims lives seem to revolve around peeing and bathing…)
My vampire hacks (bites satisfies hunger, bite that kills sim etc)
Gardening mods, like talk to many plants (I have a medieval hood, lots of gardening going on there lol)
Visitor controller (on any community/downtown lot etc, I always ban all the townies, can’t stand them)
Most business hack mods from Paladin’s Place

On second thought, I should still mention that I can't stand to play with Eaxis clothing and hair...*shudders*  I just wouldn't like my sims as much without CC.

Those might be “good targets” but it all depends on how you play, I kinda like the drama of the grumpy sims starting random fights. And when I’m playing my evil witch I banish the good witch

On another note, I still haven’t found downloads for new spells even though many people have been requesting them. When and if I do find some I’ll post them here. Squinge has released a handful of good mods for witches though that are worth checking out.

Only EA would miss something as logical as this.

Ok ok my turn.

1-   When you tell people excuses not to go out with them like “Oh I’d LOVE to but I am making a baked Alaska and I can’t possibly tear myself away!”
2-   You have a god complex
3-   When something annoys you about your boyfriend’s behaviour you wish you could download a mod to change him (I am still searching for a mod that allows my bf to clean the bathrooms without being asked).
4-   When you tell people your hunger bar is getting dangerously low.
5-   You wonder where the thought bubbles went.
6-   When you make your sims eat you suddenly feel like having what they are having (I am NOT a grilled cheese fanatic but when I play sims long enough I want one).
7-   When you time your day around sim loadup time (ok if I start loading the game now, by the time I am done my shower I can go load my neighbourhood and then once I’m done my after shower routine everything will be ready to go)
8-   You try and figure out what your lifetime want is (and what other people’s wants are).
9-   You think stealing lawn gnomes is cool.
