Whenever I try to open the Sims 2 body shop, it closes and says "Body shop has encountered a problem and needs to close." It doesn't have anything to do with my Sims 2 downloads, because I removed all of them and tried, and it had the same problem. The expansion packs I have are: Nightlife, Open for Business, University, Bon Voyage, and seasons. I've tried to open it using all the body shops (with each expansion pack) and they all close. This has happened before.
Issues:

the mirror in the CAS screen is blurry, when I try to create a sim my game crashes.
And when I try to enter a lot my game crashes.

Lately my custom sims have been having hideous children with huge eyebags. ANY sims with custom content that my sims give birth to (or if I make a spawn in the CAS section) look similar to this:

I dont enter any other cheats except for;
boolprop TestingCheats...
moveobjects... maxmotives.. show headlines... boolprop snapobjects... the simple ones. PLEASE HELP. :]

I really need a new graphic card thing. I have a couple of questions.
I have a: Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller. Computer: Windows XP. Can I upgrade that or download a new one for free? I'm 13 and cannot afford anything besides a few packs of gum. I really want any that is better than the one I have. Thank you SOOOO much.
