I'm going to make this quick because I'm unbelievably sick of woking on these.

* 11 completely new eye colors, in addition to the revised 42 colors from my previous set

The light eyes have a new iris template, for a more natural look. I also fiddled with all the irises individually, for less iris pattern uniformity. Finally - and this is the big thing - these eyes come with a new sclera that animates well. No more having your sims turn their eyes inside out when they look to the side!

All eyes are binned and townie-friendly. If you do not like these features, please try the contacts. Binning information is on the spreadsheet! Or you can let it be a surprise.


Contacts layer at 85 (above face masks), and are all binned together.

The light sclera is the same one you see in the pics. It is binned by itself and can be mixed with all other types of layerable makeup, and layers at 95 (very high, but with a little room for any other special effects you may want to use). I've tested it with mine, Enayla's and RenSim's eyes, and it should also look OK with any other eyes that used Louis' eyes for a layout guide.

I used the Olive eyes for the in-game animation screenshots.

More dreads! These are recolors of melodie9's all-ages version of the Maxis mesh. I couldn't use the same exact textures that I used for my other dreads (long and dreadfully boring story), but I think I've come close-ish. Part of the Natural Redhead Project.

These are all color-binned and made with Legacy BodyShop.

This is not a crucial update; I just added in genetic info and used an improved binning technique for the elders. Between here and MTS2, I'm guessing maybe 3000~3300 people downloaded at least one of the files before this update, so if having proper genetics is important to you, be careful about letting files overwrite if you download a sim with one of these hairs.

I've always loved Louis' Shigure hair, but the original texture really didn't lend itself to recolors. So I gave in, made a new texture, and made a whole bunch of recolors using Louis' alpha.

This mesh tends to develop pixeliciousness when I import via the normal method (see my "messy mop" recolors for some cringe-worthy examples), so I imported higher-quality images via SimPE. Slower computers may have some problems with this? I'm not sure.

These are all color-binned and made with Legacy BodyShop.

Two versions of Desire - male and female.

Note 1: about the faces. Since they are supposed to be the same individual, but Maxis morphs male/female heads, I made their faces as similar as possible within the limits of both the game and Bodyshop. They do NOT have the same genetics. If you want to have Desire have a child, you're probably better off using the female version's genetics (using InSiminator). The morph from female Desire to male is more normal looking than the morph from male Desire to female.

Note 2: about the skintone. In general, the Endless are shown with perfectly white skin, but I decided not to go there with Desire since...well...I like them better this way. If you want to give them white skin for your game, Enayla has a nice one.

Note 3: about the clothes. The clothes are not packed with the sims - I just sent them out in Maxis undies. You'll have to dress them in CaS.

What? No flatties? Why would no one make a flattie? They have all the family-friendliness of the goldies, and come in a much cooler black.

This one has a non-show-standard coat, just because that's what I'm used to. If you want a longer coat, just turn up the "golden retriever" coat shape.

If you want a liver-colored flattie, add a coat layer, make it full-body, make it brown, and turn the opacity down to about 20%. Adjust to taste.

For the Natural Redhead Project: 18 retextures/recolors of melodie9's all-ages short female dreadlocks.

These are all color-binned and made with Legacy BodyShop. Since it's apparently useless to put more than one hair per bin in the same family group, the warm black, chocolate brown, auburn and beach blonde colors have all been grouped together. The rest have been left ungrouped. Sorry - if I can figure out a way to make family groups work better in-game, I'll start doing them all again. :/

If you want to download all the colors in one go, they are packed in the "alkaloid_melodie9ufdreads_ALLCOLORS" file. If you just want the 4 colors in the family group (warm black, chocolate brown, auburn and beach blonde), they are also packed in a file called "alkaloid_melodie9ufdreads_4basiccolors.rar" If you want to pick and choose some of the other shades, the rest of the individual hair files have also been packed separately, with those colors are listed in the file names.

Colors:

Reds: Dark Auburn (with brown eyebrows), Auburn, Ginger, and Strawberry Blonde.
Blonds: Beach Blonde, Ash Blonde, Champagne Blonde and Platinum Blonde.
Browns: Dark Brown, Chocolate Brown, Cool Brown and Light Brown.
Blacks: Warm Black (a black with subtle brown highlights), and True Black.
Custom: Snow White, Olive Drab, Frostbite (a very pale lavender that ages to an even paler lavender for elders), and Electric Lizard (bright green for teens through adults, blonde for the younger ages, and white for elders).

The natural colors either turn white or salt + pepper for elders. Snow White and Olive Drab do not change for elders.

Here is Sunday, a sweet, shy girl. She's a Pisces, a knowledge sim, loves to write in her diary, and has a bad habit of going out in the rain. She has pointy ears, since I accidentally used the elf face template for something at some point. They're not too pointy, though, and you can easily cover them up with hair. I did take a look at her as a toddler, and she's cute! A little chimpmunk-cheeked, but I don't think she'll cause any ugly baby problems.
