This is my third Budget House upload. It is a three tier house with one bedroom and three bathrooms. The house is lightly furnished and only come with maxis content. The price is $19,417. And it has a partially decorated garden. There are also two patios, one on the second floor and one on the third floor. Two of the bathrooms are on the ground floor outside. You may upload the house with your neighbourhood if you wish.

One Bedroom, One bathroom fully furnished house. No custom content. This house plan I used has always been my favourite. It is expandable.  For a very low price of: $17,764 any single sim or just married sim can move in. Free to use with your neighbourhood upload.

I wanted some Dark Freckles but couldn't find any so I made these. I uploaded these a while ago at TSR and modthesims2  but thought I might upload them here. Free to use on your uploaded sims.

This is my first house upload. I have uploaded also at TSR and modthesims2.
The only difference is one wallpaper. I didn't have permission from the artist to upload here(bummer).

This house is two stories and unfurnished to keep the price down. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is accessible on the outside. There is a lounge room on the first floor which can be converted to another bedroom making the total to 4 bedrooms. The first floor also has an outside bedroom and open area which has enough room for a kitchen, dining and lounge.
This house is perfect for the sim on a tight budget.

I have noticed a new bedding that is not a custom made. I was wandering if anyone else knew about or it was a custom bedding that was overriding a maxis made one.

The bedding on the left is the new one and the bedding on the right is the original one. The thing is I can't ever remember seeing it there. How many maxis made beddings are there(including all expansions and stuff packs)?

I seem for some reason have no 'influence to garden' option under the influence selection anymore. My sim have the want 'influence someone to garden'. So I thought ok. I clicked on my sim and then clicked influence but there was no garden option. The hacks I have in now are what I had before and there was the influence to garden option.  So I don't think it's my hacks. What can I do? Thanks!

Since getting my new upgrade I reinstalled the sims2. But everytime it tries to electronically register I get the following message:

EReg.exe application error
This instruction at "0x100503b3" referenced memory at "0x00000000".
The memory could not be "read".
Click ok to terminate the program
Click cancel to debug the program.

I click cancel to debug that didn't work.
Before my upgrade I could elecronically register the game fine.
How can I fix this?

The simple rule is: The story must be no longer than one post. OK I did a two post story at TSR but that was cause they have a 10,000 character limit.  I thought I would start this idea here. It is really fun but sometimes hard.

My pet dog Tucker ran away. He had no collar but the owner reported him missing and he was found by an unknown sim a few days later. I was asked I I wanted my dog back an I said yes. But the person hasn't come with my dog. And Tucker's needs are going down. What Do I do?

I tried to build a wall but it said can not intersect objects. Well There is no objects on the lot except for the butterflies.  I have attached a pic with my problem. As you can see the gap in the wall where I can't build. How do I fix it without having to change the building I had in mind? Which was just a plain rectangle shape.

I posted this question on modthesims2 and haven't recieved a response. It was only yesterday that I posted the question:

I got rid of nvidia graphics card cause it couldn't handle my sims2 and all the add on packs and expansions. I got a new graphics card ati radeon x1600 pro 256mb which was faulty so I decided to do another upgrade and just pay the difference. I got the ati radeon x 1600 pro 512mb. But the problem now is sims2 seems to be conflicting with directx. What should I do?

Here's my exact problem: I get the blue screen while playing. It can be at any point of the game. While saving or just playing. But the game doesn't crash.

If I load the game twice directx is fine. I usually delete groups.cache every now and then. I did this time. I tried to reload the game but I got this message: error Sims2 pets can not find compatible directx drivers.

So I ran dxdiag. I have attached the results. The first lot where it says failure is the first test I ran after I go the message.
The second in the exact same spot where it says successful is when I ran the test after I restarted the computer.

When I restart the computer after I get the error message I can play sims2. The tests show no problems.

Could it be the drivers that came with the new card? And should I uninstall them and install the latest from ati?

Also I don't know if this will help with any information but whilst in game I changes the screen resolution to 1280x1024 because everytime I got the blue screen and I exited the game the graphics card had reset itself to the original settings.

Please help!

P.S If I copy just the downloads folder onto the desktop then uninstall sims2 and the add on packs plus the expansions the reinstall then copy the old downloads folder over the new downloads folder will I lose everything I have downloaded? Like walls or sims that clean installer installed?

I have just copied the downloads folder onto the desktop and I have uninstalled the drivers that came with my new card and install the newest one from ATI. But made no difference. I still get the blue screen and the directx problem.

I am thinking of uninstalling sims2 completely and then reinstall and copy the downloads folder from the desktop. I know I will lose my neighborhoods but I can kind of live with that. I only get this directx problem with sims2.
