Something I just did. Use only maxis items.. This is sort of an Openair market with a variety of things to do here.. The lot size is 5x4 Large. Community lot.
 Furnished with room for some other things.. File size is 2.72 MBs.

For the rest.. The bear does not come with the lot. You can get that over at Holysimoly.

This one I did some Walls and floor tiles. I do not much on things like this ..
enjoy... Lot4 is on a 3x4 Med. Some Furnishing. The interior walls needs to be finished.. Price is 189,415.. Files is 2.04 MBs.

I put the house in a regular Zipfile. Try this.. Hope this helps..
