I quit naming the houses. They will be just lots. You Folks can name them. My Game crashed a few days ago. I am rebuilding everything. :bounce: :violent2:

I left this mostly finished. No Furnishings. No hidden costs. Just 80,390 and it is a good fixer upper.. Lot Size is 3x2 small. Used only maxis items. Files size is 1.51 MBs..:bounce: Hope you will enjoy..
