Great place to visit on your sims days off, tranquil atmosphere, exotic birds, bla bla.Also don't be scared to let the birds out of their cages, they won't escape.

Technical Stuff
Pets,Uni,nightlife,ofb,Family fun,and Glamour required. (although im not certain about uni and ffs as i didnt use any objects from them, install with cleaninstaller).
It is on a medium to large sized lot so it should work pretty fast as their are no music speakers.(they make comm lots slower).
Also it is custom content free and hack-free.

This is basically my first evening gown but un-ripped, i also made it a bit shinyer and added a necklace.
