I only notice that NeptuneSuzy (http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Neptunesuzy/downloads/browse/category/sims2-body-accessories/page/2/cnt/38/) made some recolors of this flower mesh

and yes, they are pay. But only her (or his) recolors. Mesh is free. Besides Dr Pixel (he made this flower mesh) made some recolors and they are free to.
