At one point I had clothes that when you put them on your sim the sim would have body builder muscles. I lost them and I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find something like that?

I've had it before but I lost the file. Can anyone tell me where I can find it?

At one point I had a refrigerator that was empty and you could put items in it like to use in a grocery store. I've tried every word every phrase I can think of at mts and still couldn't find it.  I can't find it can anyone help me?
