Hello,
I restarted with meshing but i got a problem. I followd the tutor part 3 of how to combine 2 meshes together. With a shoe mesh and a body mesh in MilkShape3D. I combined the 2 meshes , but where the 2 meshes combine i got 2 vertex in 1 place. How do i delete 1 of the 2 vertex so there is only one?

After so many years i am still playing sims2, its great. The only problem is that i played it only for 2 hours ? The rest is all creating new sims and outfits , just for personel use. You can create almost everything but the problem is that most meshes, here and somewhere else are gone, so you have to start over again. i hope in the near future i can begin playing the game

Tnx alot, that last one i had figured out, thats why everything had to change to 0 The rest i knew , far far far away in my brain, the problem of al those tutorials ... they just confuse you even more. First it was just linking al the vertex together, it work so i made like 20 diff clothes, then there ware diff bodytypes ... jah ok lets try that, then sometimes had a glits so ... bone editting , it workt again ... next ... UV mapping ? pieuw its endless, i have't played the game in over 15 months but don't get to finisch my sims to be perfect (and i have the game for ... 20 months ? ) still keeps me going

Hi,
how do i change all the vertix weights at once in milkshape ? I added some shoes to a fatmesh and they all are 0% accept the ones i added. also the bones are set to -1 accept again the ones i added they linkt to a bone. i tried with extented manual edit to change all te 700 vertex but there must be a quicker way ?

My downloadfolder of bodyshop and/or CAS is so big it slows to mutch down. Is there a way that Bodyshop goes to a differert folder to search the meshes and textures. so i can first create them , then store them in the downloadfolder ? or another program then bodyshop with the full detail ? tnx

i have downloaded the teleporter from http://www.simlogical.com/sl/Sims2Pages/Sims2_Teleporters.htmNow i have created 8 characters in the CAS, and i want to make them a downtownie. I move them in a lot, i put it on pause then i select them 1 at the time to make them downtownie. save the game and get out of the game I start simpe and what doe i see ... maby just 1 sim is complete with clothes, face ,make-up and all of that? Problem with the teleporter or im i doing something wrong ? tnx

Hello,
I was creating a mesh and a recouler file, later i wanted to change it to something diff. So i did some changes to the mesh but nothing happend. It gets the mesh form a other file because if i delete the mesh it still gives the textures how do i find that mesh i my download folder ?
