There is,it's at insimadult.org,the restricted site,I wont link to it but if you go there (you have to be 18+ and register) and search miana the mesh is by MixdCrysy and features b-sett heels.
There are also some re-colors at backalleysims by Care (again 18+ and register)

I'm not sure about this,someone else may know different,but i believe if you made the mural into a wall panel the panels would just replicate.So you would end up with a room full of individual murals ie 10 panel wall=10 individual murals.
You could make a painting of the mural and hang it on the wall.This can be done using simpe.
If your source pic is big enough you could recolor "2 dogs and an olive" its a pretty big wallhanging 732x468.

You would need a skintone that the elder meshes have been replaced with other bodyshape meshes.I don't know if anyone has done this yet.
It can be done using simpe.There are tutorials for doing this,i believe at mod the sims.It's a bit tricky getting your head around the instructions the first couple of times but easy enough to do.

I used simpe to assign textures to the meshes.
If you get the meshes from there i could upload some recolors if you wanted.

There are seperate meshes out there somewhere,(although they may be the one's for the skintone)        I think it might be in Chris Hatch's section at backalleysims but they are down for maintance right now so i cant check.

I do have them in my game but not sure on the rules for sharing.If someone could clarify the rule i could possibly upload them.

If you don't rename the extracted sim and just save it,it will cause bodyshop to crash.

Use the insimenator found on this site.It give's the option to age up,or pick an age for your sim.
