When I click on the BIG fishtank/aquarium in buy mode, to buy it, my game crashes. Is there a fix for that? If so, where can I find it?

I'm looking for that mod that "fixes" the fact that sims return from community lots at the same time that they left the home lot, instead returning them at the time that they left the community lot.

Could you mod warewolves so they transform only one night each week, please?
I just think it would make it more realistic as 'real' warewolves only transform one night in a month (at the full moon).

I would like a mod that stops neighbours in an apartment building from complaining to my sims. It gets really irritating, since when a neighbour comes to the door to complain, my sim stops what he's doing to go hear the complaint, then I can't get anything done.

I would like to see some nude clothes for this bodyshape, since I want to make a muscular nudist. Has this been made, or would someone make it for me please?
