So, this was supposed to have been uploaded a couple of days ago, but since it's a Story Sims upload, and so: has a story included, I wanted it to be the same story for both places I upload to. And stupid that I am, I made some last minute changes and pressed submit over at MTS2; without taking a copy of the text. This morning, I found out it had been rejected, which kinda sucks since I waited for nothing, lol. But I guess it's my own fault.
Anyway, now here it is instead, and thanks to MTS2, an exclusive upload here on Insim

This is my second Story Sims upload, which is simply sims with a background. The story is always less than a page in Word, and no reading is required, lol.

Everything is included on the sims, but both use Maxis hair and clothes meshes, and the male hair is from the EP Seasons, so if you don't have that one, I imagine it won't show up.

She has also done the face makeup, which includes area around the eyes and the eyebrows.
The eyeliner is by Helaene and is called Retro Liner 2
The eyeshadow (Wet shine shadow) is by Corvidophile2

Again, sim, eyes and lack of clothes are from me, and so's the eyebrows.
The eyeliner and eyeshadow are by Barcelonista.

And he also has some freckles, which you can hardly see, but I like and they're by SussisSoGoodSims


That's it, on to the story:

In the beginning there was nothing but the sea. It had always been there, and would always continue to be. Once upon a time, one of the Gods stumbled upon it. He was entranced by it, because even one such as himself had never seen anything like it. Quickly he called for all his brothers and sisters, and they were equally charmed by it. One God even created the sun, moon and stars, so that the waves would sparkle during the day and gleam during the night. And because they were kind and generous Gods, they wanted to share their new plaything with someone.
All the Gods each made a creature, and soon, the sea was full of life! To make their new friends more comfortable they also created mud, sand, stones and plants. And everything else they thought their children might need.
For a while everything was good. But then the Gods started to feel bored with their new world. One by one they floated of into the blue sky, in search for new, more exciting things. But one stayed. She had just watched while the others played. Watched, and tried to figure out what was missing, because the Goddess felt that there still was something that could be added to the new world. She studied each new creature to try and build an image of her missing one. Finally! She thought she knew exactly what was missing. Gathering up some mud she tried to form it into the shape she had pictured, but the currents in the sea wouldn’t let her. She then tried to form a shape of sand, but again the currents made it scatter. The Goddess realised that the kind of being she had in mind wouldn’t be able to live in the sea for very long. So she created land. And then, on that land, she created the first human from sand and mud. Even though her new child never could be part of the sea like the other creations could, she still wanted him to have some part in it. So she took two drops of water and made them into his eyes.
He was beautiful, and she felt much joy. For a long time, they stayed together, because this new creature was even more interesting than the Goddess had imagined. There was much she wanted to know. But after a while, she grew restless, for that was her nature. So she decided to make another being like her human, so that he wouldn’t feel lonely after she’d gone. Again she took sand, mud and water and brought it to life. She saw that this new human was equally beautiful as the first one, and again the Goddess felt joy.
The man and the woman looked at each other for a long time. Then, step by step, they walked closer to one another, and they didn’t stop until they were so close not even the smallest drop of water would have passed between them.
The Goddess looked in fascination at the embracing couple. Part of her wanted to share this new discovery with her siblings, because this was even more captivating than the sea. But the other part of her thought it best to leave the two humans alone. She could see now that they’d do just fine without her.
Before she left, she made sure all the creatures living in the sea each had a companion, because a good idea is made to be shared. She also created animals and plants on the land, so that the humans would have other company once they decided to release each other. If the Goddess could smile, she would have done so while she thought:
“If they ever release each other.”
Then she floated off into the sky to search for her family, wanting to see if they’d found something beautiful as well, while she was away.

You can only have one sets of defaults at the same time, so if you want these but already have replacements, you need to remove the old ones first. Defaults go into the Download folder, just like normal CC.

These eyes was created by accident. I'd made two eye sets that on second glance I thought looked too crappy so I was gonna throw them away (lol, yeah I don't upload *everything* I make, shocked?)
but then I thought, wonder how they'd look together. So with just the push of a button in Photoshop, Enigma was created. Probably my darkest eyes yet, but also one of the prettiest and most realistic, in a totally non-realistic way of course

Five colours, the normal, standard ones. Kinda hard to see cause they're dark and all, but I promise, the colours *are* there. ^^ Except on the gray ones, cause gray's not really a colour...
And now I'll just stop blabbering and go to bed... lol

This is the first of four new eye sets I'm gonna be uploading to the site today, and if I had time to do more reclours and the like, it would be even more. lol. But that'll have to wait aonther week or so. I just thought I'd throw these four sets out there before I go to bed.

Soooo, these are called Shadows. Pretty dark and not very glossy. I wanted to see how flat I could make eyes before they really looked to flat. lol. Hopefully I didn't cross the line.

I think that was it... lol, on to the story for those interested:

The people in the little town Whildshire, know that it’s only fools and madmen who stay out after dark. It's not something they talk about, not even in the quietest of whispers, but everyone is still very much aware of it.
For newcomers it’s rather confusing at first. There are many shared looks, sudden glances out the windows and other strange behaviours that go right over their heads.
For example, those used to working late will be puzzled when they receive worried glances from their co-workers as the others leave for the day.
But no one ever explains, because talking about it would make it real. And reality is such a fragile thing. Once broken, it’s hard to put it back together again.
So the newcomers will have to learn on their own. And those who can't, well, they won’t be around for very long.

Some people, who by some reason has found themselves out on the streets after the sun has set, or who has peeked from behind the heavy curtains that cover every window by the last light, has seen with their own eyes what is haunting their town.

A pale young woman with her long, black hair in a thick braid over one shoulder. She wears a frail, white dress that seems to glow beneath the streetlights.
The ones who have seen more than that, are rarely able to tell someone about it afterwards.
If they could, they’d describe how beautiful she is. But it’s a beauty which terrifies as much as it awes. Her mouth is ruby red, which also happens to be the colour of her eyes. And when she smiles at the unlucky ones out in the night, sharp teeth point out from behind her lips, and her eyes seem to glow as from an inner light. They’d also tell us how easy it was to get lost in those eyes, but after that, they wouldn’t remember anything more.

The young woman is not alone when she walks the streets. Two shadows; one man, one woman, trail behind her, careful not to disturb her play.
Both are pale with dark hair and ruby eyes, and both are equally beautiful as their leader.
The girl is dressed in a long, dark grey dress with a red pattern, and she usually has a sweet but sad expression on her face.
Many young men and boys have woken in the middle of the night, disturbed by sounds of crying coming from outside. Ignoring the little voice within which tells them to leave it be, and go back to sleep, they’ve walked across the floor and over to their window.
Pulling the curtains back they see the girl standing outside with big, glistening tears rolling down her cheeks. Many, without really knowing why, open up their window and joins her out in the night. But as they get close to her, they see that her tears are as red as her eyes, and while the rest of her face may look kind enough, those ruby eyes tell another story.
But by then it’s too late. It always is.
The man looks calm and perhaps a bit bored with his companion’s antics as they walk the streets. When he catches his preys, he often toys with them, letting them go just to collect them right before they reach the front door to their house. He is often seen outside the town church, but no one but him know why he goes there.

So, if you ever happen to come across a town called Whildshire, be sure you are on your way out of there before night falls.
For every sunrise, there is a sunset. And you can't light a candle without creating shadows.

Edit: Added two sets of default eye replacements. One dark and one light, both in the usual (blue, teal, brown, gray, green) colours.

This is something I've just uploaded on MTS2, but with the time it takes to get things checked over there, you guys here on Insim get to see them first

This is, hopefully, my final attempt at making realistic eyes.
I say 'finally' cause after many tries I'm finally happy And hopefully I'll stay that way.

The only thing realistic (*knocks on wood*) I'll be doing after this is making some more darker recolours. (I'm so sick of BS right now...lol)

But until then, 28 colours, at your service If you think I've done too many, you know where the delete button is lol, I'll be using mine as well.

When I first started uploading eyes I did a set called Jewel Eyes, I did the Gemstone eyes to prove to myself I had over time become a better creator.
It worked, cause these are much, much prettier than the Jewel ones
lol, and hopefully, in a year or so, I've done another set that makes me think that these are ugly

Some time ago I uploaded six sets of cat eyes on MTS2, this is the only set I still like (and use) of those So I thought I'd share with you all ^_^

The theme in the set was Divine...
Tefnut was the Goddess of water and fertility. After a fight with her husband, Shu (who was also her brother...) she ran away to Nubia and took the form of a cat.

Now with new and much prettier picture than on MTS2
