Hi all.

Been enjoying S3 now for a week after finally giving in and buying it.

Often wondered in S1 and S2 how the bills were made up, but never thought more of it until now.

Does anyone know how exactly they are made up, ie how does one house have larger bills than another.

I have 2 houses wexactly the same other than furnishings and there is over 200 simolean's difference in bill price.

Just got my S3 copy over the weekend, and still learning 

Quick question for anyone in the know.

Is there any wet look hair mod around for S3, something like straight out of shower/bath or pool, most likely female only.
