This mod allows the crafted items to be restocked even if the owner isn't on the lot instead of getting the message below.
"The Owner of a shop must be present to restock Crafted Items."

This mod prevents Sims from staying in the hot tub/love tub all day/night.
(i.e. if they are hungry, need to use the restroom, or if their comfort/social is full it makes them exit the hot tub)

This mod makes sell/hard sell, dazzle, ect. turn out good every time
look at the screen shots you will see the 2 sims hate each other

This mod allows you to makeover npc's(i.e. maid, mail carrier) using the salon chair; see screenshots.
Note: you only need to download one file they both allow npc makeovers the file OFB_NPC_Employees_MakeOvers.zip also allows you to give makeovers to employees while they are working.

With this hacked painting in your shop all of your employees motives energy, comfort, fun, bladder ect. will be refreshed automatically when ever they drop a little just buy the sign and hang it on a wall.
If you have any servos they get refreshed & recharged automatically as well.
